Today on May 15,2024 at 4:30 pm staff was very rude, specially front counter girl. Her behavior was very rude and acting she giving free stuff. Pharmacist make changes without customer opinion.CVS should take notice about there behavior.

The staffs at this location are excellent. They do their best to find the coupon to get the lowest price for my medication. I really appreciate their kindness and good communication. I will get the same medication from here again.

I was seen here for vaccine and I will NEVER go here again. Awful customer service and poor communication. The person who helped me could spoke terrible English, could not hear me, and then treated me like I was a nuisance and an inconvenience for not understanding them. Completely unapologetic and unfriendly. They did not seem to be well trained or have any idea what was going on at their store. Also, when part of the scheduling system on CVS's end had problems and unscheduled me for a vaccine (I confirmed that I had been scheduled for this vaccine the day I made the appointment), and I got blamed and told I had to reschedule even though I wasn't the one who made the mistake. I also was outright refused when I asked to receive the vaccine that I had been scheduled but taken off by their system. I asked if they were out of stock, and they said no, but they wouldn't give it to me because I wasn't scheduled and it was against their policy. I asked if I could schedule it there, to have it done now, and they said no.

"They are always polite, helpful and understanding."This is no longer true. Since posting this the level of help, compassion and understanding has dropped to 0. Will be moving away to another pharmacy.Sad day.
