“There comes a time when you're going to suffer mishap with your cellphone no matter how careful you are in protecting it. My most recent one was very mind-boggling to say the least, and this came after downloading the newest iOS version to my iPhone and I couldn't get my device to boot-up. Likewise, I couldn't use the restore function either, which meant my phone was dead in the water, and I needed help fast! I knew I needed professional help, so after reading the reviews for "Ann Arbor iPhone & Macbook" on Yelp, I knew this was my first go to choice. I decided to drive down to Washington Street, rather than call on the telephone. I talked with Jack on the phone, and he came right over to look at my phone. After examining the patient, he decided to download the iOS update again, and reboot my phone. After that I was able to access my iCloud, and restore the phone back to normal. Jack does amazing work, and if I could give this review 10-stars I would. IMHO, Jack is really the "IPhone/Macbook Whisperer" and does a truly professional job all the way.”
