The whole team was incredibly helpful, but I specifically want to highlight our experience with Andre, who had the difficult task of loading and unloading lots of tile for us. It was a challenging task, yet he approached it with a smile. If you're seeking an excellent store with outstanding service, be sure to visit Floor and Decor.

The selection was HUGE and high quality. The staff couldn't be any nicer. Our cashier spoke clearly, explained return policy and was pleasant.

I show up to the store at 5:30 on a Tuesday and there is no one at the desk to help me get my pick up order. Three store employees pass by, they don’t say anything to me. Absolute worst customer service. Took 30 mins to see someone and get help at the pick up order desk. Lazy and careless. Not shopping here ever again and will let everyone I know not to shop here either.
Edit: The operations manager called me after this review and apologized and was very genuine. He cares about the store and I appreciate that he took the time to call and took responsibility. Didn’t make any excuses just promised to work on going better. Really respect that and changed my review for that reason.

Highly recommend coming to this store if you’re unsure of what you are doing! Ask for Gary he was an absolute lifesaver and very knowledgeable of any and all tile we needed for different areas in our house. He showed us plenty of options and customer service was a 10!!

Outstanding store! I've been to the Novi location, which is nice, but this location (sorry Novi) is cleaner, less busy and the customer service is EXCELLENT!. Shout out to Akeem who not only loaded my cart with my material of choice, but also loaded it into my vehicle. Don't hesitate to visit this location!

The designer Mia was fantastic. She had really good ideas for our spaces in the bathroom and kitchen. Everyone was eager to help and we had a really good time overall.
