I have come here a few times now and have always been happy with the service. Most recently, Laith and the guys really worked with me to get my Element back on the road after being hit. They do great work, enjoy their craft, and are a great shop to have in Ypsi.

Recently had my oil changed at Gearhead Auto Service. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to perform general maintenance on any vehicle. I will be going back.

So fortunate I got a coupon on my Kroger receipt. Read the reviews and took car in for an oil change. Was exceptionally pleased with the professionalism and straightforward way they explained my issue with my left hand turn signal that had melted the plastic housing. Would def recommend this honest small business. We need more car service places to take a cue from this owner.

Came here for an oil change on my chevy, got a discount for using cash and there were no problems. Came back for a 100k mile inspection and got a tune up, was well priced and Laith explained everything about the car, the pricing breakdown, and the severity of the issues and everything. Offered an "upsell" maintenance option but wasn't pushy about it at all. I will definitely continue to trust the team at Gearhead with my vehicle and recommend it to anyone in the area who needs something done on their car. Friendly, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable.

Wonderfully kind and great communicators!! It always feels hard having to go to a new mechanic when you’ve gone to the same one forever, but this place makes you feel like you’ve always been a customer! So happy to have such a great shop in the community :)

Gear Head installed a cat back exhaust for me. Laith was great, there were some timing things that came up he did a great job communication the changes with me. The price was better than fair they did Excellent work!!I can’t ask for much more from an auto repair shop, I look forward to working with them in the future.

Had to find a new, reliable mechanic after the place we have gone for years changed hands. The guys at Gearhead took care of both my mom and I’s cars and at a better price compared to places like Quick Lane. Our cars are running great after new brakes and oil changes.
