This store is very poorly managed. Every time I come to this location someone is ‘away from’ the store and I have to wait for them to get back. It’s a very bad look. Today they ‘had to go to the restroom’ like there isn’t a bathroom inside the building.Edit: I just spoke with the man working the counter and he showed me a photo of their bathroom for employees and it’s atrocious. Management is really destroying this store. Treat your associates like human beings please.

Went in to ask questions about an order I placed for pick up the day before. Not sure what the kids name was but he wears glasses. Tells me he canceled my order and didn’t elaborate why. He just just kept saying “yeah I blocked it”. Dudes energy was really dry and he looked like he just didn’t want to be there. Iv had great service before and maybe it coulda been a one time fluke. I’ll probably give this location another shot before trying a different spot. It’s the closest one to me unfortunately.

I come here every week and never open on time. It's 10:07 and no one's inside.CLOSE THIS STORE GNC. Half the lights are out when go inside also. Not a very welcoming environment.

Don't bother coming here. Came on Tuesday at 5:30pm and they are closed. How hard is it to post a piece of paper on the door saying something happened and they aren't open? Their number is disconnected too.

I've been effected by the Adderall/Vyvanse shortage.I went in looking for nootropics.Jason, I believe his name was, walked me through the ingredients in some of the focus geared supplements.He was patient and humble when giving direction, and guided me toward a pre workout supplement (Woke AF apple spice).It tastes especially good with black cherry juice (for the lactic acid) and he gave me a good deal that I wasn't qualified for.I genuinely appreciate that more than ever right now.That stuff brought me the momentum to get out of bed and through the mental fog.Thank you for reading.Also, if you're in the same boat with the RX shortages, I would look into L-Tyrosene as well.GNC happens to be the only brick and mortar store that I have yet to find the stuff in, as well.

Rude and argumentative. Came into locations on 05/06/2022. Asked about a product that I was looking for (NAD+), the sales person told me that he hadn’t heard of it. I made a comment on the sparseness of there shelves and the worker took personal offense, asking that I explain what I meant. I told him it was my point of view. At which point he demanded that I explain myself. If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service POOR!

Not a great selection of anything but GNC brand protein. The sales guy wasn't super helpful or friendly and had a bit of an attitiude; maybe he didn't realize that nobody needs to go to a physical GNC store anymore to buy supplements. The prices are higher than vitamin shop and vitamin shop has better selection and friendlier staff.

Horrible service, staff doesn't help lacks knowledge of the product and argued. Used GNC since 1985, this is by far the worst store, no more, will go Amazon.

I was lied to about a product I purchased. I was told the product that was twice my budget was a two month supply. However that was a lie, it’s a 30 day supply. We went back an forth for 15-20 minutes because the front of the bottle said 30 day supply. Yet he kept saying on the back it read “do not exceed two capsules daily” However that was a lie. It says “take two capsules TWICE daily”. After I went on about not wanting to take so many pills a day, & what my judge was. I know sales people try to up sell, but it’s not okay to lie to a customer!!
