A decent selection of vinyl. Many heavily used. Clean store with lots of clothing options. They would have received a higher rating if the woman at the checkout would have greeted me or said thank you or anything at all.

This particular Goodwill has ridiculous pricing. The pricing is also vague with signs that say $5.99 and up. And mystery orange tags that they price at the register. Cashier said it was obvious orange tags are more, but no signs indicate this. Just price the items like other Goodwill stores, please. It is a fairly neat and organized store.

I’m sorry but do not donate here. The person helping with donations did not seem grateful that we were dropping off our things to donate. No one should feel like it’s an “inconvenience” to the people we are trying to donate to and then communicate the way this person did. Instead of telling people you accept XYZ, then tell them “no” in aggressive way about something in perfect condition and useful, is completely rude. Never again.

As of my October 2023 donations, they advised they don't accept furniture or picture frames at this location. It's best to have all your items sorted and bagged (not boxed) with other like items when you donate to save time in the drive-up drop off. They made me unbox 7 U-Haul boxes of books and put them in their book bin - don't put your items in boxes. It's a bit uncomfortable because they scrutinize your items as your try to drop them off and you feel awkward when they tell you they don't accept something and there's nowhere to throw it away either so you're back at square one if you were trying to declutter your home. Most of the time I get out and sort them into the bins myself now that I know what they will and won't accept. I keep going since it's close by but it would be nice if they posted an acceptable items list /do's and dont's.

This place is fine. I had good experiences with both shopping and drop off back in 2021, but it seems to have gone downhill since then. For one, dressing rooms were open in 2021 and now seem to be permanently closed -- so while they have a good selection of some clothing (I.e. jeans) I will never purchase there. This goodwill seemed to get better items in 2021 than now, too. I don't know if the Ann Arborites are donating elsewhere, or if the donations are getting shipped off to other goodwills. There are better Ann Arbor thrift stores at this point -- this one just has the most accessible hours.

This place is ridiculous. We came on 8/26 to donate hundreds of dollars worth of goods, clothing etc. The attendant at the drop off was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He wouldn’t let us drop anything off unless he manually checked it and was getting upset at us if we had shoes and home goods in the same bag. After his horrible and rude attitude where he was yelling at us and calling us liars, we ended up leaving with all of our stuff and without anything to do with it throwing it out. We have been to goodwills all over the country that have never given us any attitude. I’ve even been to this goodwill before and never had an issue. There are no signs or anything that tell us to separate goods. The website doesn’t communicate that. Honestly I think the attendant was lazy and didn’t want to deal with the incredibly long line of generous people who wanted to donate their goods instead of throwing them out. If you have materials to donate please go somewhere else instead to drop them off.

This goodwill is a little bit on the higher end for pricing. It was very clean and well organized on the inside. There are no public restrooms. If you do need to use the restroom, you will have to go to Gordon Food service. They did have a really cool display in the front of U Of M stuff so that was neat because that’s just what we were looking for.

I don’t know if this is a corporate decision, or the each branch thing, but things are outrageously expensive at this goodwill. Who pays $6-$7 for a worn out T shirt when you can purchase a brand new for $5 from target? I don’t love consumerism but not at this price point. I also like they tends to hire a person with disabilities, but better to have them proper trainings, too. A cashier was dropping an item a former customer purchased, nearly losing a profit & customer there. You guys should have better branding and marketing strategies. Until then I won’t come back.

One of the worst goodwills I have seen. Nasty rude employees, delusional pricing. Dressing rooms and bathrooms permanently closed. Tell you to use bathroom as the tire place next door. Covid issues don't fly anymore. It's just laziness. This place is just awful

This used to be one of the best thrift stores in the area but unfortunately things have gone downhill very quickly. Between having no access to dressing rooms, very little organizational follow through, and unrealistically high prices, it's like shopping in a poorly organized, retail priced store, getting below par quality items that may not even fit. At this point you may as well go to value world, salvation army, or Kiwanis.Hope this helps. Happy thrifting!

Attempted to donate a car full of household items and was told by the employee managing the donation door that they wouldn’t accept anything because everything should be “in like-new condition” and instead they were asking for cash donations to support Goodwill. Isn’t the business model to accept free goods donations and resell them? Very confusing and the employee was really argumentative and rude. We took everything to another thrift store, Volunteers of America, and the process was seamless.

They recently closed the fitting rooms, apparently forever. It's also impossible to tell how much any of the clothing costs. I used to be fine with the price ambiguity but removing the ability to try stuff on makes it a wasted trip. I'll just shop online elsewhere.

EVERYTHING is overpriced. Nothing size wise is hung up in the designated areas. Even found some with the store tag size not matching the size on the clothing. Gave up looking and left. Very disappointing place
