Whatever you do DON'T USE THIS BANK! The customer service is the worst customer service you can even imagine. They needed documents from me and I sent it through email and no-one answered my calls or email for a whole week to confirm it was received. In the meantime my bank account was locked. I didn't even have access to it not even to check my balance online. Then when I visited the branch, I was told I didn't send the email. When I insisted I did they said oops it was under a pile of emails sorry ?, it will be fixed the next morning. Come 4pm the next day my account is still locked. I call the branch and no one picks up again. Shocker. I then call customer service and they say they need more documents. At this point I'm tired because my account has been locked for over 2 weeks now, so I decided to just go in person the next day to close my account and get my money back. Imagine my surprise when I get there they've already closed it 2 days ago when I visited the branch and no one said anything! Now I have to wait for a check to come in through the mail for God knows how long and I can't even verify they're sending me the right amount. Spare yourself time and money. Don't bank here

I see a lot of bad reviews, and I can't understand why? I've used this branch for many years. Heather, Connie and all the rest are great! I have business and personal accounts, every time I need something I get it right away. Beyond the money side, the personal side of this bank is the best. Everyone greets me with a smile, and considering I'm not there every day, they all know my name. I highly recommend Key bank, this branch, and will continue to use them.

Terrible experience with this back I am POA for my aunts account through key bank and Heather said she needed our original POA paperwork and assured us she’d send it back ASAP so we sent that in and waited literally over 6 months and made several phone calls and attempts to contact them and never got a callBack after numerous promises for calls back. Finally we insisted we get the paperwork back since it was the original and they finally sent it back with a form I had to sign and notarize to put me on as POA and we sent that back now fast forward about a month and we still haven’t heard anything. I called a few days ago and they still haven’t put me on as POA and refused to give me any info and promised yet again Heather would call me back and now it’s been a few days and no call back still -this is very unprofessional and very frustrating and now all we want to do for a close the account and never deal with this bank again!

(At least) one of the personal bankers at this branch is unfriendly, unhelpful, and perhaps even criminally negligent. (This review concerns a service which is not, strictly speaking, a banking service, but is nevertheless offered by this branch -- poorly.) It seems that this banker wants to ensure that no one ever asks him again to perform this duty, something which he's paid to do, and moreover is performed at most bank branches in the U.S. We had to go to our regular bank instead -- so it was an utter waste of time to have stopped here in the first place. Thanks for being astute enough to turn away a potential account holder. Not very good business practices, if you ask me.

I’ve banked at many different places over the years and I can honestly say that KeyBank overall is my worst experience. They’re not customer driven— they’re profit driven and it shows. I’ve noticed this through every branch I’ve visited, the call center, and their online banking tools. Anytime I’ve called asking a question or needed additional information regarding my account they’ve let me down. It seems like the only times I was able to actually get help is if I even slightly showed interest in another one of their products (mortgage, loan, etc). Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly suggest others to do so.

Really difficult to get any answers or customer service at this branch. Went in last week to get questions answered and the teller blew me off. The other young man in there took my number, never asked my name, said he would get back to me with answers and now it has been 12 days later still no phone call. This Heather Kelly person is never there and apparently she has all the answers. I do not recommend their bank.

Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. PLEASE PLEASE anyone who is looking for a bank PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond all of that their customer services is TERRIBLE very rude, in a hurry to get off the phone and clearly also misinformed. Can't wait to pay this car off and NEVER BANK WITH KEYBANK AGAIN!!!
