Great little bank easy access ATM!

0/10 ?This is consistently the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. The atm is probably the worst of everything. I’ve seen glass smashed right in front of the atm, popped holes in both of my left tires. The atm has taken money from me, like, over a hundred dollars, but not deposited it. I go inside for help, and they tell me to call a number and file a complaint, to possibly earn credit?? Idk, then I’m just down that $100. Warily, I try to deposit my cash today, because I have bills coming out this weekend and I need money in my account, and the atm straight up won’t take any of my money. I tried multiple different bills, multiple different amounts of bills, and it just won’t take it. I’m so disappointed, and upset. At this point, I’m just switching banks, because I’m tired of dealing with Key, and all the different problems I’ve had with them as bank overall.Would not recommend ??

So there are a few Key Banks in the area. This one is open but does not allow for normal business. The others allow you to walk in and deposit/withdraw, not this one? The damn drive through islote dangerous to us as the containet and pen are now cleaned. And RUDE in telling you you cant come in. Juat lock your damn doors then. Never going here again. Should just close this location.

I was enticed by the no fee no minimum checking which I opened today but I can't seem to access online banking. Apparently the system has been down all day because a notice appears on the sign in page saying some functions are unavailable. I sincerely hope day long system failures aren't the rule or this will be a very short relationship!

I was new in town and had done previous banking with Key in Ohio, same as my family. I actually opened my first ever savings bank account at a Key branch when I was a young kid and they offered those accounts for kids. Anyways, the employees were very nice, asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for the branch manager to set me up with a checking account. I only had to wait between 5-10 minutes, I could see she was finishing up a call. She was super friendly and walked me through the process. I believe I opened a student account or young person account with no minimum amount of money to open. I moved here to be a Washtenaw Community College student. So it was free to open the account. The manager made it a quick and easy process: two forms of I.D. and a couple signatures and I had my very own checking account with debit card. Thanks Key bank!

Kris is the man! He was hustling all over the place making plays for the customers!! Dawn is new but you can tell she is obtaining the ins and outs of Key Bank and is super nice and charismatic! Great experience thus far ???

Everyone I've encountered at Key Bank has been great! From opening accounts, investment services, probate court, cashiers and personal banking; they have been helpful, friendly and professional, efficient, and have gone above and beyond to help me. For that, I'm truly grateful. I know they can't be all things to all people but, everyone I've talked with is most satisfied with the employees and their service! KUDOS!!!!

They do not deserve the single star. Three years ago Key Bank gave my identify to someone in Idaho (yes, I live and work and bank in MIchigan). As I result I had to change accounts -- and they charged me to do this! I also had to place protections on my information, and now I cannot sign up for Medicare because of them. Worst of all, not a single person at Key Bank very apologized for their errors.

My experience at this Branch was way above and beyond the scope of usual banking services... The branch manager Angie Blackburn help me open my business account today... I had recently made some changes with my registry in my annual report... But some things were not complete... Angie took much time and effort to help me get all my paperwork together... And filed with the IRS... And got my business account open... You wouldn't think I was a real person if I were to plug the play saying something like she used the key... But she truly stepped out of bounds to help me today

Do not use this bank, charged my card $4 just to check what was on my card. Now I'm negative, thanks key bank for stealing my what I had on my card and chsrgincme for it.

Came to open a checking account on a Wednesday morning. Only 2 people in the bank and only 1 who can do new accounts. I shouldn't have to wait an hour to give them money. I won't be back.

Right from the beginning when they didn't know me and my husband. They were very welcoming and have always helped and any situation we were in. Angie and the ladies there are great!!!!

I worked with Tracy to open a checking account; she was efficient, answered all of my questions, and made me feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend this branch.
