People with carts full of groceries trying to check out in the express section because every other checkout is closed, again. The self checkouts with a belt are always closed, too. At any other Meijer, Walmart or Kroger, you just do your shopping and pay and it isn't a problem. At this store, you find your items, try to check out, and discover that the management hates you and wants to ruin your day.

This Kroger used to be great. The new management ran off a lot of long-time employees (I see and talk to them at different food shopping locations, even other Krogers). Their service and friendliness went downhill. They can't keep anybody to the point that the deli and the fresh meat counter are closed almost every day. I now go out of my way to other stores unless I need 1 or 2 items. I refuse to give my money to this store.

Oh how I missed Kroger while I lived in Texas. I love the deals that Kroger has. This one is located quite close to the area that I am staying. I like the option of shopping inside online or even having it delivered to my house. Definitely one of my favorite stores.

This Kroger has completely gone down hill. It is bad... I dunno what happened to the place. They really need a security guard now for groceries... this was needed. That's really sad.

I go here often as it is close to me. I do usually find most items but there is a lot I do not find here. Some things are either out or not stocked. I asked a worker at Kroger about items and it is due to a lack of workers. Also some workers seem either overworked or lethargic about their jobs. An example was the seafood section. The worker just took their time, talked to other employees and got to me and others when he could. I have also seen this with other employees. and a lack of enthusiasm or happiness.Maybe lack of morale? I have been to other stores where it is just the opposite. I also hear that they hired security because of a rash of thefts. It is the day and time we are living in. Overall I get what I need but this store is not what it used to be.

Worst Kroger in the history of Kroger's. Rude teenager managers who hang up on you. Very slow staff with zero integrity. Go to Whole Foods.

This is the dreaded Kroger's that is closest to where I live I occasionally have to go to. Where do I start? Terrible lines. Picked over, because it's the main grocery store in this area. U-Scans are antiquated, the absolute worst, takes forever to check out. If I wasn't honest, I could have got about half a dozen items free, because they are faulty. Now today, my 5 for 5 items didn't come off which I had 13 participating items. So, I had to wait for the manager to okay my $10 delaying this agonizing grocery shopping experience yet longer. Never do they offer help when leaving with 2 carts of groceries. I thought it would be quicker trying this Kroger once again for a large order just to disappoint again. Back to the Carpenter Road Kroger's or any other Kroger's or grocery store than this one.

I understand that Covid is impacting the stores but I HATE having to check my own groceries out myself ! If you apply to be a checker it's BS that they are dying to hire people, they want one person to man 6 self checkouts. The lines are stupid long and one regular checkout if you are lucky! If I have to do all the work to get my groceries, where's my REWARD or discount ??? !!!

Fresher than fresh huh? That's if you HAVE any produce. Going downhill fast. This store used to be a good one. Sad

This location has gone downhill, stay away. We used to love this Kroger location was fast and efficient. Obviously things have changed and I am waiting in a single line for the self checkout with 100 of my new closest friends. We'll everyone seems like they know everyone already because they have been stuck in line together so long. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location

I live in Milan, and there is a kroger here. But I frequent a couple different gyms near the Whittaker Road location. I'm very glad that the Kroger that way is better taken care of, cleaner, and just has a larger selection. This is a great store. Considerably nicer than the surrounding locations.

Cars in the shop so I figured Instacart would be a good idea to do some shopping and make sure my kids would have food until we're able to get the car back. Spent $80 on groceries waited over an hour only to go back on the app to check and seen the "shopper" lied and marked my groceries as delivered. I've been at the door waiting and also have a outdoor camera... no one came. Called customer service and was brushed off and told to calm down and I could either choose store credit, refund (7/10 days later) or wait until the NEXT morning for my purchase(mind you I made my purchase at 5pm schedule for delivery at 6pm). Also Mind you I already said no car + hungry kids= pissed off mom. I asked how come the shopper wasn't located to see where my order was. And was told customer service called no answer from shopper. No type of regret or embarrassment displayed at all just a polite way of saying "you were scammed get over it".

I had the most ridiculous experience with Clicklist at the Whittaker Rd location in Ypsilanti Michigan yesterday. This certainly isn't the first time. This is the third time IN A ROW I have waited an extended amount of time to get my order, being told each time "there was a mix up". Last night I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before getting my order only to get home and realize I didn't get many items that I PAID FOR. Patrice, the supervisor, told me over and over again that my order would be "right out" or "he/she is coming out right now" only to watch this person load groceries in another car! This went on and on and on and on! The young lady that brought out the 2nd half of my order (Patrice lied and told me she was bringing my order out herself and came out with 2 bags because that was all they had done at that point, thus the need for someone to bring out a 2nd half) was rude and scoffed at me when I asked for a receipt, which I did not receive. When I got home I realized I didn't receive any of my freezer items that I paid for. I will never use Clicklist again which unfortunately means I won't be shopping at Kroger anymore after being a lifetime loyal customer. P.S. I did call the store on my way home and waited on hold the entire drive (15ish minutes) to speak with customer service and never got a live person. I will call today and request a full refund for my order.

Here's what I like about this Kroger's: #1 recycle center. Always clean, always with an attendant there or near, almost always with machines in really good working order. Other recycling centers are smelly, stinky and with cranky, slow machines. Hate that I'm letting the secret out, but gotta give credit where credit is due. #2 Shawn. You'll find him all over the place, at the register, attending the self-check, wherever. But always with a smile (I just know he is smiling beneath that mask) and always friendly and happy to help. #3 Mai. A checker. Get in her line and your day will be immediately better. She is fast, friendly and gracious. #4 Starbucks! Staff consistently nice, despite kind of frequent turnover. They deliver a good skinny vanilla latte every time. #5 flu shots at the pharmacy. Always quick and easy! #6 Ranch Style Beans. I can't find them anywhere else! Don't buy them all if you decide to try them, I'm almost out! #7 Free online shopping pickup. Started using this recently during a Covid lock down. A cinch to use and very convenient. No longer trying to avoid other shoppers or waiting in line! #8 $5 sushi on Wednesday. Often just California rolls or similar for that price but its still a good alternative when you are sick of cheap burgers and fast food. Made fresh on the premises. Grab some free chopsticks from the basket on the counter! Would be even better if they gave you a fortune cookie. My fortune would read "I see many more trips to Kroger in your future."
