Useless staff, useless management. Literally just left a belt full of groceries on their checkout because of massive incompetence. Trying to save a buck has cost them more and lost customers at the same time.

One star is overrated for this ghetto store. Produce is not stocked well and dirty. The Damm can return machines are not working most of the time. Just plain bad management.

The staff is extremely rude and don't know how to use their own app. This has to be one of the worst krogers I have ever been to. They act like your causing them issues just by shopping there.

I have never felt safe in this store, and today an employee tried to shove me when entering the store! Then he angrily stared me down while I was shopping. Avoid this place! They don’t care about the customers at all!

This is not a good Kroger. We've gone here for around 3 years but it's slowly dissolved into a complete mess.
The cashiers are extremely slow, rude and sometimes just forget entirely to scan items.
At self checkout, delays when an error occurs can take up to 5 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous.
The food here is not the freshest and for some reason greatly fluctuates in stock.

They need to hire cashiers, not one cashier working and then you can't get help at self checkout. I don't get a discount for checking myself out and when I do it's only a few items. Do better.

Good ol Kroghetto. Shelves barren. Don't waste your time. Go to Whittaker Rd, twice the size and actually has a selection with stocked shelves. Just shut this place down at this point.

500 times better than Kroger on Whittaker road in Ypsilanti. People actually offered to help rather than try to humiliate me because I am old and not super literate on smart phones

Needs to update there website to match when ppl are ready to work... website says 8am you should have worker's or someone there to take care of customers or redo your website.. inconvenienced again to reroute my day!

Kroger will intentionaly close registers until the line is atleast 10 minutes long although they prefer about a 25 minute wait
