The Carts don’t have bottoms I guess because of theft. So they have these small plastic carts with no bottoms. This makes no sense, so how do the elderly customers get water in their carts? I stopped shopping because I would’ve needed three carts to shop.

This consistently has to be the worst Kroger I ever visit. Horrible customer service, no communication about their bottle room ever, if you actually are trying to buy a weeks worth of groceries good luck doing self check out because they have nobody working ever. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Kroger but this one

Saw a rat running around between the food displays by dairy. Told the manager, all she had to say was okay. No attempt to even come and see or look at what I was talking about. It’s gross and sadly I had to finish my shopping there that day, but never again. Not even a compensation for having me “stay quiet” about it. Absolutely disgusting around food.

I went to get a $20 steak from this place. Not only was it bad, they covered the bad parts with stickers so only the good part shows, and it was wrapped horribly.

The juice, frozen juice is not where the sign says. It is one row closer to the pharmacy near ice cream. This is on Carpenter road in Ann Arbor.

Produce isn't very good, over ripe.. Eggs are bad, found a strange looking egg in the carton..the shell was almost tan in color and distorted,.. don't buy eggs here.

Best customer service I've ever seen in a long time. Store is very clean, and has a lot of great groceries to choose from. The layout of the store is very simple to navigate, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I had a free coupon that I wasn't sure how to use, but the employees were very polite and friendly with helping me.

I had a horrible experience when I wanted to buy a money order. The person who attended didn't want to sell it to me because he wanted my phone number. I gave it to him and he said it didn't work. He discriminated against me for not knowing English very well. Horrible treatment of customers.

Gross! Been going here forever but unfortunately each time that I've visited lately I've had another reason to never come back. If your self-checkout register needs attention they'll often just sit and wait for ten minutes or more. Also in general the bottle return and other parts of the store smell disgusting.

I have never in my life experienced such mass ineptitude as I did today when I visited the carpenter rd Kroger. I wanted to make a return and it took 50minutes and 7 different people to make it happen….This is the most slack jawed, indifferent, untrained crew I have ever met. Never again!! I’m officially done with Kroger. Don’t waste your time.

I gave them moldy pita bread that was in the bakery area by the donuts and i saw them add it back when i started going to the meat aisle. WATCH OUT FOR EXPERATION DATES THEY DO NOT CHECK

My experience is with the Pharmacy. Never have I felt more judged or disrespected at any Pharmacy and this was by the pharmacist himself Mohammad. He was rude condescending, disrespectful, and judgemental about the type of meds I take. Also he flat out refused to fill it, call another pharmacy or tell me when it would be available. He said he is unable to order more. I know for a fact this is not true. I have never once had any pharmacy deny to fill my meds and I have been severely suffering as a result of his actions and lack of action. I would never trust this Pharmacy or Pharmacist.

Restrooms were nasty. I took my 5 year old granddaughter in their restroom at the same time a pregnant lady was going in to the restroom. The choices were horrible.

When I walk into Kroger I don’t expect to be harassed by an employee. I was harassed by a cashier named Courtney. The most foul interaction I’ve encountered from a cashier. She was rude, confrontational, acted like she was doing us customers a favor, gave her 2 cents (which was nasty) when I was having a conversation with the person behind me. It’s like she went way out of her way to be vindictive and malicious with words. She treated me like I was stupid but it was her ignorance which caused problems. I will no longer deal with employees who are just going to try and ruin my day. I shop here three times a week I think I’ll be checking out Aldi and other places from now on. I will be calling a manager and reporting this.
