Changing my review from 1 star to 3. Kroger management seems to actually be doing their job now and hiring enough people to staff the registers. At least at 10:30 in the morning. 3 because I have 0 faith they'll be able to keep this up for long for "cost saving measures", nevermind that it's impossible to buy groceries without them spoiling because the checkout lines were so long.

Good management. Getting better with staffing

One check out lane open with TEN people waiting in line to check out with one cashier.

They need to hire cashiers, only self check out available, and the machines take offense if you buy anything I've 18, 33, and 54 items. No one seems to care if you're stuck waiting or need more bags.

I'm surprised to see ANY positive remarks about the customer service at this location, as my experience has always been the opposite. With a few exceptions, most of the staff treat customers as an inconvenience. I frequently feel ignored. Today one was very short with me when I needed assistance - she saw I needed help (I had been waiting in plain sight for several minutes) and apparently her break was more important. Passing me, without looking at me, she said very curtly, "He'll be with you in a minute". She was referring to a young man was who taking her place, who eventually came over to help me without saying a word. Unfortunately this is fairly typical at this location. Very few of the staff express any awareness that customers should be treated respectfully and courteously.

The people that work here are nice, but this store is the worst. Long lines, minimally staff, always packed, trashy parking lot with a police camera tower that does not inspire confidence, scarce selection…. I could keep going….

I just switched my RX’s from the Plymouth Rd location to this one. My doctor called in an RX on Monday for me, and I hadn’t heard from the pharmacy by today (Thursday). So I called my doctor to ensure they called it in. My Dr called the pharmacy to verify that they had received it and they said yes- the rx came over on Monday, and they decided not to fill it because it wasn’t covered by my insurance… but they didn’t call me or my doctor to follow up, they just let it sit there. Beyond unprofessional. I called the pharmacy myself to verify the cost and ask specifically why they would do that and the pharmacy mngr said he didn’t know and asked what I wanted, so of course I said fill it. Not even six minutes later I got an alert that the Rx had been filled, yet I’ve waited all week. And the kicker- the rx is only $14. They’ve made me wait almost all week for $14. Definitely do not recommend coming to this pharmacy, especially with so many other options near by.

I only went to pick up scripts.I don't like that Kroger will no longer work with the patient to order brands outside their network anymore ,and they chose to go to some poor working generics. The Kroger company(Corporate), not the staff at the pharmacy, are the ones to blame for this. It's all about greed!!!!

Why are the front door closed an hour and a half early forcing customers to funnel and herd past each other in the cramped exit doors which do not allow 6ft social distancing precautions? The pandemic isn’t over and I would like to shop with what little comfort I have left. Experience is tainted by staff who don’t know or don’t want to wear a mask correctly. There are some very kind, helpful staff members who do their best to keep everyone safe but I feel that attention to detail is not there.

This used to be my go-to Kroger when I worked around the corner. I mean I was here every other day and never really had a problem. But the last several times that I've come to this one I've had a huge problem every time. Today I attempted to come in real quick to grab some popcorn chicken to eat for my lunch. didn't realize until I got out to my car but they were frozen. The ready to eat chicken was frozen. thankfully the lady at the customer service desk was very nice about it and returned my money so I went back to the deli case to see what else was available and right as I did an employee was bringing out more popcorn chicken. So I grabbed one of those started to walk towards the cash register. thankfully I was smart enough to check them and sure enough they're Frozen as well. What was the employee's advice at the deli counter? "Just hold on to them for a while they'll thaw out." Because apparently at Kroger when you get a lunch that means you can just wait around until your food thaws out to eat it. Unfortunately I have a normal job where I have limited amount of time and therefore have to rely on a store when it tells me that this food is ready to eat. I understand that everybody is stressed out lately but the customer service at Kroger's has just tanked recently

I placed a Click It order at 9 AM for a 2 PM pickup. I got a call at 1:50 saying that it wasn’t ready. Could I come at 4. What choice did I have. Came at 4, called and called and called. Finally, got someone that said they weren’t finished with my order. I needed to give them 15 minutes. Over 65 minutes later I finally get my order. Poor substitutions on some items. Very disappointed!

I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them because they hire people that make fun of moms whose sons died in service for our country
