Would give zero stars if allowed! I purchased a wash/dryer set on 10/31/23 with a Lowes card over the phone with employees. ( Daughter was there). The final return was picked up by Lowes. ONLY the dryer was refunded. Spoke to everyone and told them they could see the issue but couldn't fix it. As I never have a balance on my card, it was very obvious the lack of a refund. The manager says they see no issue. No one will or has listened. I ultimately bought two washing machines for my daughter, and one sits in the store as a floor model. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see I was not refunded on my Lowes card. If I treated my clients the way they have treated me, I would not be in business. I have to pay or it destroys my credit and incurs interest. So I will, but I will not go away quietly. When I think of the tens of thousands I have given that store over the years I cringe.

I purchased 3 appliances from Lowe's. A refrigerator a washer and dryer. The installation people leave a lot to be desired. They did not hook up the water on my washer and expected me to do it. It took several tries to get the problem solved and it was a couple days before I was able to use my washer. This used to be a great company. Now I'm am going to purchase my appliances elsewhere

Takes for ever to find someone to help you, but once you do they know what they are talking about n more then willing to help you find what you need and even give suggestions in helping you!

This place has good friendly service while in the store, but the installation practices leave room for extreme improvement. I ordered a shower door install for 2 baths. One was scheduled, and the other bath order was never completed. I contacted the store because I heard nothing. The contractor, who is Installz Plus finally called. They set up a date and then called and rescheduled. Great place for buying product but installation leaves a lot more to be desired. It may be the department and/or cintractor. I will go elsewhere in the future.

I made an unfortunate decision to purchase carpet and installation services at Lowes. I did this because I thought they would back their carpet and installation; but they will not. Shortly after the installation, grey stains started to come up through the carpet around door frames and corners. These eventually turned black. When I initially called, the Lowes Installation Support people immediately tried to blame Stainmaster, saying this sometimes occurs when a loom has grease on it. HOWEVER, these stains were not wide-spread and occurred only where the carpet met a wall or door frame where glue was applied. The chances of this being a manufacturer's error were slim to non, since there would have also been other random stains. It was way to coincidental to be the manufacturer. I FINALLY got someone to show up and look at the carpet - that was a joke. His report said that the stains were my fault because he claimed that we had put graphite on the hinges so the doors would close more easily! GRAPHITE!!!! Who would put graphite on anything if they could actually find graphite in the first place? I am nearly 73 years old and not able to take a door off hinges to graphite them. I have been in and around construction all of my life and would never find Graphite to be a solution to bad hinges; replacing them would have been the solution. My son, who lives with me, suffered a spinal cord injury in an accident, making it impossible for him to put anything on hinges close to carpet. In addition, all of our hinges are and have always been in perfect working order! CONSEQUENTLY, Lowes is insisting that it is Stainmaster's fault and is forcing us to wait many more weeks for a resolution. I have spent $40,000 - $50,000 at Lowes the the past many years and that has come to an end. Menard's and Home Depot both have far superior customer service. I'm certain that Stainmaster and Lowes will point fingers at each other till the end of time and I will be the net l***** My home looks shabby after buying 1300 +- square feet of carpet. Lowes does not behave as it time were of the essence. They frankly do not show any empathy or concern. That leads me to belive this is business as usual for them!

I have ordered a oven. The sub contractor did t deliver between 8 and 12 as promised. When they called at 1:30, I said I'll be beck from lunch at 3 I can be there at that time. No you have to call the store to rebook. So I went to the store and video taped the exchange. If I was video taping I had to leave it implied legal action. Tonight I have no oven, no refund and no rebooking. Gang, anywhere but here. I've never been so abused in my life. This sub contractor has served me previously and it was the same then. Scheduled for 8 to 12 arrives at 7 am. It's obvious they get paid by the piece and if you don't adapt your out of luck.Buyer beware!

I wish I would have come to read the reviews before I stepped into a Lowe's store and purchased a refrigerator. This has been the most difficult, time consuming process of purchasing an appliance I've ever had. I've wasted no less than 12 hours with close to 50 phone calls, 2 defunct refrigerators delivered, 8 delivery times scheduled (we had to be available for at our home, thus leave work), and being told multiple times someone would call me back but to no avail. Now I have to wait to get my purchased refunded and nothing to show for wasted time, food, and headaches. Do NOT recommend Lowe's.

Obviously most people know what to expect when they go into a Lowe's. This place is pretty much as-expected. I used this location MANY times as I was remodeling my office. We ended up doing a complete remodel... so this was my home for a while. Obviously the customer service is not what it used to be: friendliness questionable, knowledge weak, and they are often nowhere to be found... but overall was able to get everything I needed here at a semi-reasonable price.

I've been going to this Lowes for years. Customer service has been ok but not great. They have went downhill lately. I will now be switching to Home Depot for all of my home improvement needs. Nobody in that store can answer any questions. I wanted to purchase a door but they couldn't do that so I went to the carpet to order that but they said they can't install anything on sale, so I went to the paint and was completely ignored. I tried to buy an open box of ceiling tile that was missing a few but nobody could authorize it and they had no idea who or where the manager was.
