Very unimpressed, so far. I’m hoping a manager actually addresses the situation appropriately, and I may update the review. I purchased flooring and installation through Lowe’s. The follow through with calls was not the best to begin. When I purchased the flooring I asked the timeline. I was told that the flooring would be installed approximately two weeks after it gets to the store. I received a call from Lowe’s 10 days ago letting me know my flooring is in and that someone would call me for installation. I waited a few days and then called to say I still had not received a call for installation. The guy apologized and confirmed that it was overdue to have been scheduled. He left the company a voicemail and told me I would get a call within 48 hrs and that he also had a follow-up call scheduled to make sure it was addressed. I did not receive either of these calls. So, I called again. The lady that I spoke with this time said that she could not get a hold of them and left another voicemail. I asked to speak with a manager. I was told that a manager was unable to speak with me and that if I wanted to cancel my order there would be a restocking fee. That is ridiculous when they’re not holding up to their end of the deal. I wouldn’t be canceling my order if they were living up to their timeline.

I went to Lowe's today to grab wood to build a garden bed. Stephen and Rosa were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Not only that but incredibly friendly, compassionate, and kind as I had my 1.5 year old daughter with me. Rosa held my daughter's hand as I pushed the flatbed cart down the aisle. The cashier's offered to push my cart and check out my items for me while I held my daughter who was ready for lunch and nap. I pulled my car up front and Adam helped me load my car up which made things easier for this momma is solo parents during the day.

Had a knowledgeable staff member who was quite helpful today. In fact, the person saw that my hands were quite full so she scanned my products for me at the self check kiosk!

Shopping for appliances. They have a good selection, at reasonable prices. The employee is quite knowledgeable and very helpful.

For customer service: There were only two workers who seemed to know or care about customer service. As we worked our way around the store looking for our items neeed. My husband did apply for a Lowe's card, received it. As we where now ready ti check out.The young man at the self-serve checkout said, "Dang, I knew you were coming to me," as we interrupted his visit with a buddy. Also not sure we received the discount we were promised if we open the card. Reading the other reviews before mine tells me....
You need to do better....

Wouldn’t return a multimeter after 7 days because I threw away the plastic. It’s no wonder why Amazon is superior to all these stores. I’ll never step foot in this place again.

The person answered the phone was not very friendly. He was very short with his answers. I was calling about Dewalt 20v battery. I had to let the phone ring for about 5 minutes before anyone answered. He sounded like I was interfering him
