Made an evening appointment here, when I arrived no one was there. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

Having a pet these days can be very expensive. Let alone six rescues in various stages of life and wellness. When one of our kiddos has a problem that needs serious attention or surgery we go there. The Doctors are kind, sympathetic, and have always been willing to work with us instead of turning us away,,, within reason of course. Our 13 yr old bichon bougie mutt, Bandit, who also is diabetic and has Cushings, had an itch his ear that was bleeding profusely and almost uncontrollably. (Very hard to look at when your dog is white) . It closed on its own and we assumed it was something skin related from the Cushings. The dr at the clinic said it was an infection, and gave me ear wash. Never did a physical exam. His ear began to bleed again, this time it was uncontrollable. My house looked like a murder scene as he kept shaking his head to get the blood pool out of his ear canal… The er said it was a tumor that had been there a while and needed to now be surgically removed in the next few days to stop the bleeding. Dr. Dhaliwal made room and got him in. No one around us has the equipment or the time to do the surgery except a place near Ohio. Almost an hour and half away. To which I would have to take him for a consult… then again sure the surgery. The cost difference was less than the gas to drive there and wait, twice. Most people don’t have a ton of cash around for their pets. And it was more than I thought I’d ever pay for an old rescue dog. But with their willingness to do it so soon and their location in town made it possible. Sometimes love and peace does cost a lot. He’s worth it.On another occasion Maggie, a pug mix, got scratched in the tissue around her eye and it swelled up so much her eyeball was literally out of the socket. The very next day dr. Dhaliwal and his team took care of her. She’s still with us and never had that issue again. We will always trust them to do right by us and our pets.

I took my cat in for appointment on 1/12. The Dr. said he was very concerned about my cats weight loss and overall health. Ordered a bunch of testing and I was told I would receive a call the following Mon or Tue with results. It is now Wednesday and still have not heard from them. I have called many times the past 2 days- phone goes to voicemail which is full and unable to leave message. I have also sent an email. I have also went up to the clinic during business hours and nobody is there. No signage indicating when they will be open again. This Lack of communication and follow up on urgent patient needs is absolutely unacceptable. I’m sure I’m not the only one who now has a huge unnecessary delay in the care of their pet due to this complete lack of communication and care coordination. I understand situations happen with weather, staffing, etc but there is no excuse for completely dropping the ball and leaving a bunch of sick pets hanging with zero communication. It will be difficult to trust this company with my pets moving forward.

Very happy with these people. Don't let the reception area, which is a bit dark, cold and plain scare you away. Their service more than makes up for it and brings my rating up to a full five stars. They are extremely helpful and are always trying to make it better/easier for you and your pet. I was impressed with that. After the examination of your pet they quickly had a print out of what they would recommend needs to be done. They explained every item listed and let you choose what you want and don't want and DON"T pressure you either way (liked that too). They even suggest ways to save money, like how on your first visit if you fill out the simple online form ahead of time you save.As a former business owner I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff and Doctors with their can do attitude and getting right to it.Special thanks to Dr Will for his care of my little girl cat..Note--My review here is now 6 years old. Please keep that in mind. Personal may have changed over the years

Very clean, professional office. The veterinary tech, desk staff were friendly and courteous .The veterinary was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He took time to examine my dog and it was not rushed. The prices were very reasonable compared to other area vets.

I brought my 16 year old cat here last week, and quality of attention and care she received was incredibly kind, gentle, and thorough. The vet did an excellent job explaining her problems and different options clearly and with compassion. I felt that putting my cat to sleep was the best option for her, and the vet really helped me feel confident and supported—and the whole staff were so lovely to both my cat and me.I know the whole process (from helping people make difficult & informed decisions to putting someone's beloved to sleep to handing over the remains) is the worst part of everyone's day. But I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish I could remember everyone's names so I could recognize them here. This is a wonderful staff, I am grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and I highly recommend them.

Updated: 10/30/23 - I did receive a call from the office manager and we had a conversation about the care received and reimbursement for the 2 visits to their office. I appreciate him reaching out, it was offered too for Dr. G to speak to me, but I declined as I will likely never not be angry at him for this.On Tuesday 10/10/23 My husband brought our cat Wil here to see his vet of 4 years, he had been losing weight and was lethargic. Dr. Gafoor ran bloodwork, called us that evening and said he probably was diabetic and his liver numbers were slightly high and he likely had hepatitis. He said they could run a secondary test to know without a doubt that it was diabetes, and we confirmed that we wanted that done. 10/11/23 he called to say it was confirmed and would we like to be taught how to give insulin shots. We confirmed we would and they made us an appointment for that evening. We went in and there was confusion around why we were there, did we bring the insulin, did we have needles at home? After telling the tech that we had nothing, had only had confirmation of diagnoses that morning and we were completely clueless - she went to speak to the Dr on duty - said Dr. Gafoor was not in the office. The Dr on duty did not deem it necessary to come speak with us. The tech showed us how to do the shots, gave us the prescriptions and sent us on our way, with instructions per the Dr to come back in 6 weeks to have his sugar numbers checked again. I asked the desk clerk to print his bloodwork for me and he said "Oh yeah, I can do that - but I don't know what good it will do you". What good it did was I realized that my cat was far sicker than anyone at the clinic was letting on. I wish now I had just called an emergency vet that night, but I thought I was overreacting because no one at the clinic seemed overly concerned. The next day I got Wil to a second opinion at another veterinary hospital. The tech and vet there were HIGHLY concerned about his liver numbers, and his neutrophils, not to mention that you could see how incredibly jaundiced, and dehydrated he was. Not only that but waiting 6 weeks to check his sugar numbers after being sent home at the highest dose of insulin was GROSSLY incorrect. Diabetes in cats should be very closely watched. The 2nd opinion vet said he was very sick, more than what they could handle there as he needed 24 hr care, we made a plan to take him to another facility that she called ahead of us arriving to be sure that they knew what to expect. By Saturday 10/14/2023 we had to make the decision to put our sweet Wil down. The 24 hr hospital did all within their power but couldn't get our guy back on his feet and we couldn't let him suffer further.Had I been told on that Tuesday that my baby was that sick, I would have felt more prepared, than being told that he was just diabetic and would be fine. My cat was sent home to die slowly and painfully and I'm so thankful that I didn't just go along with the Drs orders and gave my kitty some peace at the end.I have 2 other pets that have formerly been seen at this clinic and I will no longer be bringing them, nor would I EVER recommend anyone coming here.I sent an email to the clinic in 10/18/23 to alert them to Wil's demise. It took me that many days to write a civil letter. I have yet to hear a single peep from them. As of today 10/30/23 I have emailed several people at the corporate offices for PetVet - who this office is incorporated through. The severe negligence of this care for my Wil is inexcusable and unforgivable.*photo of Wil at his peak - he was such a beautiful baby

I am currently traveling with my dogs. My 13 year old golden retriever had an eye issue. The clinic staff were super friendly on the phone, gathered her records from her primary care vet out of town and got me in same day. Dr. Bali was kind and efficient. My dog was very comfortable with him. Ultimately, her eye infection was treated at a reasonable price. Thank you!!

This vet is by far the best vet I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, and they take tremendous care of your pets.
