This is close to where i travel, but I rarely stop here. I usually find the staff to be rude and slow. Things are more expensive than other “party stores” I stop at. You don’t really know that until you go to pay and you can’t believe your total! Things should have prices on them. I have never had their pizza.

Great craft beer selection but they charge $15 on a $10MSRP 4 pack of beer. I know inflation is hurting people but this is straight up robbery when you don't put your prices on the shelves. Its about high time someone opens a beer store in the ypsi/Belleville/saline area that doesn't charge $4-$5 extra dollars a package.

Apparently they charge a fee to use a debit card to pay. No signs, no warning. No explanation was given. If I had noticed I would have gone somewhere else. Guess they lost a customer today.

Cashier on duty on May 3rd 2023 needs proper customer service training or just needs to be fired. She is rude, ignores customers and does not appear to knows what she's doing. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time but sure is the last time I've received bad customer service at this " convenience store". If you find yourself in the area and need anything this store sells don't waste your time or money just head up the road a little and on the west side of the road there's a Shell station they have a hell of a lot more, prices are lower and their staff is WAY nicer.Teach your staff accountability....Teach them to do better, be betterWhen you settle for a substandard employee you're just letting yourself get ripped off so you can sit at home.

Supposed to be open at 7am, but I get there just after 7am most mornings and all of the lights are on, but the doors are locked. Several customers are outside, including UPS delivery and all confused.This place needs better staff.

Great store some people are not wearing their masks I wish you was still in force it because people in our neighborhood come here Nomad song and they may be carrying it also it's up to you if you want to keep your patrons safe please continue to make people wear a mask to get service in your store I am someone that frequents you all the time and I see too many people coming in without a mask have a blessed day

It's pretty terrible how this place just closes whenever it feels like it. They don't seem to care what their posted or online hours say. They enjoy wasting people's time.

I'm new in town. I went in yesterday because Nicks quick stop has a Cottage Inn pizza shop inside. I followed my GPS directions to find this place and for some reason my GPS got confused. I called Cottage Inn and asked for someone to help me with directions to the store. It was a female that worked in the pizza place that was very friendly and helped the best she could. I still really appreciate that. I finally found the corner the Cottage Inn was and soon realized its inside what a guess like a party store. Ok that's fine. I went inside. I placed my order and waited in the store. The store part of it is interesting. I walked throughout the store trying to find something as snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. They have a wide selection of many things a typical party/liquor store has... with the exception some cool new drink options like that Orange Vanilla Coke that's been advertised lately. I got really excited when I saw the Red Bull Zero sugar in the cooler. The Zero Red Bull not many stores and gas stations have they normally the sugar free brand and yes there's a difference. I tried to contain my excitement and went to the counter to pay but before I paid I checked the expiration date. It was expired. I told the girl behind the store counter before she scanned them that I don't want them. I know she didn't like that but still tried to be friendly although I can hear it in her voice she was annoyed. I ended up finding a small cooler that had fresh Red Bull. My intention was when I went there that I will become a regular customer and build good relationship with this business. I don't have a problem with this establishment but I will stop in occasionally if needed. Give them a try they're not bad.

bigger girl that wears a hat needs an attitude adjustment, I never dealt with a rude employee ever and was shocked. I’m also a regular customer.... she’s new so I’m sure the complaints will keep coming.
