“Really happy with my experience! I needed crushed limestone and thought they didn’t carry it (since it wasn’t listed on the website), but they actually had it and made it super easy to order.

The delivery was amazingly quick — I called in the morning, and by noon Marcus had it already picked up from a place over an hour away (as it was out of stock) and dropped it off. Marcus rang the doorbell to check where I wanted it, helped split the load into two spots. He also suggested a better place to put the stone so it wasn’t sitting on the road to potentially cause a ticket.

“I was stuck on a plumbing issue I was having today and I went in store and couldn’t figure it out so I asked an associate for help, I believe his name was James. I told him I was quoted $1000 by a plumber and that just wasn’t in my budget so I told him my idea and what I wanted to do and this man went above and beyond to help me come up with a solution and he was INCREDIBLY helpful. However, I was very displeased that after all of the time and effort we had taken to come up with a solution, he was stopped by two other associates and I was Ultimately given a phone number reference to another plumber by one of the associates who stopped him from helping me and undid everything we had been working on. I understand that he probably took more time than they would’ve liked for him to help me, but considering that I am starting a remodel and have been in this Home Depot almost daily (sometimes multiple times a day) and have spent thousands of dollars, I truly appreciated the extra time. So I ended up going back and buying everything anyway AND DID THE SAME EXACT THING HE DID all over again and it worked perfectly!!! He saved me $1000.”
