Pricing is different in store compared to online . They did match the online price after I showed the manager. It’s a clean store with lots of selections . Overpriced compared to competitors

Horrible, simply Horrible service, I took my shorkie puppy in for her first grooming appt, no cut, not dried, nails were not trimmed, what did I pay for, aren't these things a part of grooming? I did a better job at home, so dissapointed.Never again will I spend my hard earned money.

This place sucks more than half store is for dogs everything is about the dogs nowadays was looking for Valentine’s Day stuff for cats and they barely Have anything only thing for cats is stupid costumes that cats don’t like but they have valentine’s Day treats and all bunch of stuff for dogs apparently petsmart likes dogs more but that’s okay because they suck anyway

Their prices are more expensive than most other places so I always price match. This time the manager told me I could only price match if I had a picture of it on the shelf at another store. I pulled up Petsmart's own policy on their website and showed her it didn't specify I needed a picture of it on the shelf, I only needed proof. I had proof. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I've never had a problem price matching before. Ideally they'd price their product well and I wouldn't have to go through the hassle every time.

Stopped in for dog food and decided to look at the Beta fish on the way back to the dog food...ended up seeing 2 fish that were 100% dead, and at least half a dozen that were hardly holding on.
It's honestly heartbreaking seeing how little they take care of those guys...

We’ve taken our 3 dogs here for years for grooming.The last 2 visit they’ve done a terrible job.Im out of words to see my Bella like this.I will never take my dogs here and Do not recommend getting your pet groomed here.

I had an 11:15am appointment for grooming for both of my dogs and by 3pm one had been half groomed and one had only been bathed. They used to be good but something has clearly changed, I do not recommend getting your pet groomed here.

I can tell you they are very busy and don't take a 15 mins delay of any time. So absolutely rude and painstaking experience..never had any issues with Canton or other locations but again ann arbor comes with up nose issues.

Love this petsmart for both our dogs. Sheldon and Enzo! Enzo is our standard poodle puppy who has does training with Izzy, she is a wonderful compassionate trainer, she always remembers us when we come in. Jessie does his grooming and she is always so friendly and does an amazing job grooming him. Can’t say enough good things about this team and always recommend them :)

This location is top notch in service, in person & over the phone. Knowledgeable, competent, professional, and attentive to the needs of the pets for those who are pet lovers. Coming through from out of town, I am well inspired to visit this location as much as possible.
