This place need to be closed. No leadership or the support from the management. They always run out of food. Employees are tired of being yelled at so they are rude. They all look dirty and disgusting. They have no problem telling ppl off. No customer service. They talk to all their friends while helping customers. I can go on and on about the what is wrong with this place.They need to close this place and start all over with new management and new employees.

Went in to go get some food and prior to getting food I decided to use to the bathroom, went into the bathroom and there was defecation on the toilet and on the toilet flusher knob, this is unacceptable and once I saw this I decided not to use their bathroom or eat there, who knows how they’re making their food and how sanitary it is, stay the heck away from this place!!!

You wait at the drive thru for a while and no one answers… forced to go inside or to the window and then wait 45 mins for your order.

Chicken was fresh and crispy though the young lady that took my order at the counter may had been having a bad day in which she should have worked in the back that day possibly cleaning...the restaurant needed cleaning and the workers should uphold a better standard upon dressing for that work environment. The manager was very nice and helpful upon a suggestion I gave her about the glass doors upon walking in.

Literally I’m not joking i was told that the “seasoning or seasoner” was on break and they didn’t know when the mild would even be ready. This place is the worst past 7:30. Cold biscuits, cashier not listening to the order correctly, forgetting drinks because he’s on his phone dancing. Chicken was not even close to being at a serviceable temperature. One working was basically laying across the table eating. There was a serious lack of effort or care in the food or the service. This place is a health code nightmare. Do not recommend.

The Popeyes here forgot half my order and threw things in there that I didn't order. I'd forgive a mistake but this level of error seems to be due to laziness and lack of care. This location really needs proper leadership. I would suggest not getting delivery so when they mess up, you have a chance to have them go back and fix their "mistake." Disappointing.

This place is randomly closed more than they're open. If you're lucky enough to get there and they're actually open, you will still wait 15 minutes PER CAR for your order. Going inside (if the dining room is open) is no quicker. Every single time I go there's always something they don't have prepared...tonight it was both the mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. This is hands down the worst popeyes I've ever been to.

Two Girls working themselves to death. By the time the supervisor came in, business slowed down. I wish he could have seen how hard they worked. I just wish I had their names. Couldn't believe how good the chicken was and how accurately they filled driveup and inside orders. Great red bean and rice side dish too.Parking: Plenty of handicap parkingKid-friendliness: Kids were welcome here plus plenty of seats for them away from adults like usWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking and ramps for wheelchair and handicapped people needing canes and walkers.

NEVER order delivery here. Always triple check your order in the drive thru, if you even get it. If you end up with missing items or the store is "closed" at 3 pm after you have already placed an order on the app, get store credit from the support ai (better than nothing). I only ever get 6-12 chicken wings and a thing of fries; not once have they even accidentally added the ranch packet it is supposed to come with. 50/50 on there even being sauce on the wings; usually have to ask for it in the drive thru. Not really a complaint, but despite having very similar orders every time it seems to get packaged differently every time; like they get strangely creative with even the finer details of packaging their meals. Great tasting food tho

I pull up to the drive thru she says “ Hi we only have bone in chicken” I say that’s fine, and she says “ it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait he is dropping it now” I leave . Has happened repeatedly. Worst fast food service and atmosphere in the Ann Arbor /Ypsi area. You were warned !

i ordered the 8 pc family meal online probably about 2 minutes before arrived at the store, my boyfriend went in and they said it was gonna be a 12 minute wait for the spicy chicken. so we wait the 12 minutes then my boyfriend goes back in again and ended up having to wait another 18 minutes. in total a single 8 pc chicken meal was a 40 minute wait and on top of that they failed to tell us they ran out of fries. i wont be coming back.
