I called the store several times to get a silly young man, saying can u call back in a half hour . He said he couldn't check to see if the shoes was there bcuz it was too far! I called back and he said the shoes were there but they were on hold and he couldn't sell them until 5. I called back again and the same silly guy said they were there , I said ok I'm driving 40 plus miles to get them! I got there and they said someone else got the shoe! I was beyond pissed! And they act like it was funny! I wouldn't shop or recommend them for !

Puffer reds still going. I think they should have a better online presence, but the store front is nice as well.They sell niche clothing and shoes that's hard to find like these night maroon vapor air max that I went there for. They also have signed gear as well.I'll revisit once I'm ready to take the ride or have a party that I'm going to in which I wanna impress.

I've always had good experiences with Puffer Red's when I visit their store in Wayne, MI. They get the in-demand shoes that you can't find even at foot locker sometimes. Also you can find some really good deals with markdowns/clearance shoes if you go in on the right day. Online has been a different experience. I ordered a pair of shoes for pickup a few days ago, and didn't receive an update on when they'd be ready, so I sent out a quick email to ask about the status of the order. Surprisingly, I received this message: "you'll receive an email when your order is ready". Let me just add that I really don't expect anything from people anymore. I don't even expect people to say "hello" when I walk in a store or go through a drive thru. That's just how things are now. I understand that customers are considered garbage and workers deserve more. And I actually agree, I kind of understand where that mentality comes from. People in retail especially are mistreated and underpaid. I've worked every low paying job there is. But if you're going to be short and petty over a polite inquiry, why even respond? Really disappointed. I just responded "thanks for going above and beyond!" Etc. Won't be going back. Sneakers aren't a necessity. I can find them elsewhere.

Mostly have new shoes dropping and available. Large selection from trending styles to popular classics. I always enjoy shopping here because they are polite, have great customer service, and a great rewards system.

Very professional establishment! When the shoes that I originally ordered online weren't taking off the site as an error, they offered me a yeezy drop that was from the recent raffle without me having to enter to win. I can't be mad, because they could've just refunded me the money, and not offered me the exclusive drop ???
