I visited this store today and didn’t have a good experience. I’m actually going to call corporate due to the behavior of the associates. I noticed when I came in the two girls that worked there stood at the door as to block people who attempted to exit. They also stood on the mannequin stand in the front to watch over people (not sure how people with no bags can steal clothes). I can even recall during my visit I was walking towards the door to the 2nd clothes stand to put 1 pair of the jeans I grabbed back and they were both standing in front as if I was going to walk out with unpaid merchandise in my hand. After grabbing my items I noticed the fitting room wasn’t opened which is weird (this was my first visit here and where I live fitting rooms are always open - how are we to try clothes on without the fitting room). I asked why the fitting room was closed and the worker replied with a very nasty tone “you can exchange or refund within 10 days”. That wasn’t my question. She was beyond unprofessional and neither of the two women there should be employee facing. If I come in your store for less than 10mins and spend over $70 I expect to walk in and be respected. Not watched like I’ve been here before nor as if I steal because I don’t and do appreciate the conclusion being drawn about me from someone I don’t even know. Do better!

Google says store closes at 9pm it’s 8:13 store closed please update yall hours. I drove all the way out here for nothing!

I had got a Lyft all the way here to get two items and it says they close at 8 I got here at 7:45 and they were closed. They just looked at me thru the doors didn't even say anything as they let other customers still stay in the building. So I tried calling the phone and guess what no answer either. Really bad for business. They should stay open as the hrs that display as some people have to take public transportation and and counting on it to be open if it says open and closing soon not closed now. I will spend my money else where now and it's sad because this is closer to my location than any other one.

The manager was very nice and extremely helpful. Made the shopping experience great and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store!

Arrived to the store at 4:30pm the doors were locked. The sign says 5pm.
