The place says open on maps and the hours say 11-6 on Sunday it is 1:30 and the place is locked and no one inside I drove all the way out here for it to be closed

Hours posted state they open at 10am, it is 10:20am and it’s still closed. Phone call went completely unanswered, no option to leave a voicemail or anything.

My daughter recently lost her high school class ring in the store. A customer took it to the employees, Loren, who works there took a lot of effort to identify the ring and contact our High School, who then called us. We were able to get it back. We cannot thank Sally Beauty and their staff enough for coming through for us on this. Thank you. A+

Though I usually have good experiences here oh, this time I did not they were out of everything that I went there for and still wanted to charge me the shipping fee to have it delivered because it was available online the last three times I've been there they've been out of the the products that I've been searching for! They blame the corporate office saying they're the ones that do the order but no one has a phone number for the corporate office or at least are not willing to give it to me! I'm going to go to Walmart instead next time.

Very helpful, helped me find the color I wanted as well as offering all of the supplies I would need for it. As well as helping me figure out which would be the best developer for my hair type and color that I was using.

I was feeling really sick in my stomach in the store, while I was shopping. I asked a female associate to please allow me to use the restroom there. The associate took the time to explain that Sally’s did not have a public restroom, which I never expected, and while I was about to puke. What I did expect was the human nature to help me in a bad situation. Then she told me about the restroom next door in another store. When I walked into the other store, a male associate immediately recognized that something was wrong and not only let me use the restroom, but escorted me to it. I am of the no excuse for poor service when someone is in need. I hope they know that every product that they sell in their store can be purchased online as well. Boycott fit me.
