lured by a sales from Just Energy to switch the gas from DTE and later realized that their rate was way higher than DTE, not as they claimed "save you money". My guard was down as in general I had good experience with Sam's and have to spent hours to cancel it. There are tons of bad reviews about Just Energy. Sam's should stop this and if you really need to allow 3rd party sales to advertise in clubs, please have a vest process and find good ones that your member can really benefit. This hurts your customers and your business in the end.

Truckers!the most terrible place to unload. be careful avoid this place. I had an appointment at 3:00 pm. I was expecting someone just to say that I have a delivery. in an hour, 8 people came up to me, asked what I had and left, saying that they would call someone else to help me, and never came back. terrible service, everyone doesn't care about you and your business.

I guess today no more att&t and gift card crews around here lol it was very easy for me today to get stuff quickly and checked out without having waited on the door for long lines I hope Sam’s going to fix the problem soon!

Always clean store,friendly staff and well stocked. Parking lot was well salted and no ice build up or snow.

Terrible delivery services. My delivery order was scheduled to be 3-5pm and got delayed. I called the club and was told it would not be delivered until the second day. Club was very indifference about the delay, and didn’t provided any help.

Customer service is horrible! They are too busy on their phones to be useful! I was home sick so I placed an order on Saturday to be delivered Sunday..today is Monday and still nothing! I called the Ypsilanti store to cancel my order! Not a sorry for the inconvenience…nada zero attempt to make it right. Even the store is awful inside, meat, dairy & fresh foods are never kept at the correct temperature because the refrigeration is old and decrepit! I’ll only shop at Canton location from now on!

Absolute clowns work here, no one cares, they constantly say "we're understaffed" that's not my problem management is pitiful, I'd rather drive to ohio then this cesspool of ypsilanti where incompetent people work here.

They advertise whole pizzas for $8.99 but don't allow you to call in orders. Employees in the Cafe will also tell you they're out of sauce/dough/cheese and can't make any more pizzas but then the next employee that comes in will be putting pizzas in the oven 20 minutes later. It may not seem like a big deal but the lack of management at the Cafe is what keeps my family going to Costco unless we just happen to need something quickly. The rest of the store is just fine but it's just the principle. I would rather shop where the employees are obviously happy to be there and the bathrooms are clean.

What has happened to the Ypsilanti Store? The last 5 visits have been terrible. Bad customer service, pick ups not ready for days after they are suppose to be and then told half my items are out of stock. Plus I pay $100 a year to be treated badly and not get what I came for. Complete waste of time and money. Time to move to Costco.

Terrible curbside pickup service! Order at 10:00 a.m. they said it be ready between 4:00 and 5:00 and here I sit at a quarter after 5:00 still waiting for my order. As I sit here the employee is chatting with the customer beside me about her car for the last 5 minutes.totally unexceptable I think I'll be cancelling my membership after this.5:30 and I'm still waiting .what a hassle. 40 minutes now.been here an hour now and I will definitely not be renewing my membership here!!!!

The cafe is rarely open and when it is they seldom have frozen yogurt. The staff seems less than enthusiastic about helping. Customer service is definitely not a priority! I’m surprised that they are still in business when Costco excels in customer service!

Good items, Good prices & convenient location. A lot more organized & cleaner due to the recent remodeling & installation of bigger & better refrigerators. The new checkout phone app is a huge improvement. It made the checkout process much easier & highly streamlined. We noticed that the quality of fruits & vegetables has improved a lot. No noticeable changes recently.

Waited for 30 minutes for my first pick up order through Sam’s Club at this location. Then when I placed my second order on a different day I requested for my groceries to be picked up between the hours of 3-4pm. Order was not ready until 5 pm. Got to the store and checked in through the app at 5 pm exactly. Still did not receive my order by 5:35 so I called customer service and nobody picked up. Called a second time at 5:40 and got told to keep waiting. Someone finally came out to me at 6 to get my name for the order. My groceries finally made their way out to me at 6:15. An hour and 15 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait. I was not the only one, there were many others waiting that were just as frustrated as I was. I had other groceries in my car that were getting ruined from another big name store. (That store consistently brings my pickup order out within two minutes.) I live in the country so I had to make a special trip-a 30 minute drive-to do my shopping. So by the time I got home my other groceries had been in my car for at minimum 2 hours unrefrigerated. I also had other obligations that night that I was late for. Luckily the person who brought my groceries to my car was nice. The store should stop taking pick up orders if they are understaffed. I won’t be making a order here again and am considering switching back to Costco.
