Cube smart on Tyler Road is the best!! Very professional and polite. Clean storage unit. I used indoor unit. No mildew smell on clothes.

Rates increased 3 times in 12 months. There was a flood and renters weren’t notified until several days later. Special items were damaged. Not well maintained. Never again will I rent from them.

The service was absolutely great in helping me understand the process of getting a unit and Mia was extremely helpful answering any questions. She also made the effort to inform me exactly when I was moving out. Only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because some of my items in the locker were afflicted by rats/mice. Not horrible but not great. Overall I am content with the experience and would rent again. Thanks Mia!
