Manager lacks compassion. Complaining about street parking but very small driveways, no room for company. At least offer to pave extra space for parking, since that rule was made AFTER I've already been living here.

As a homeowner, I have been here for almost 17 years. Candy and her crew always try to respond in a timely manner to any questions and/or concerns I have. They have made many improvements to this community and are diligently trying to make this community top-notch!!

We love living in Swan Creek, management is professional, timely and has been easy to work with over the last 14 mo. Candy goes out of her way to plan events for the residents and children to make this a fun, family orientated community. I appreciate the attempts to enforce rules that make this a great place to live.

From Swan Creek
Due to COVID-19, our office will be closed. However, we are available by phone and email during our normal office hours. Swan Creek is located in Ypsilanti. Local conveniences are nearby with shopping and dining options. Community features a playground, clubhouse and swimming pool. Residents enjoy planned activities and events throughout the year!
