BEYOND pissed off. Stayed up till 3am to place a pickup order for a new book release that should have been fulfilled before the store even opened!! If you’re not gonna do that, then don’t offer the item for pickup! You would think that’s common sense. Instead they decide to sell all the available product they have (while telling my husband that our order is set aside in the back- spoiler, it WAS NOT) and now I can’t get it AT ALL. It’s completely sold out everywhere and online as well. Should never have picked this Target for this release, they don’t care about you and handled this situation completely wrong.

Went to target for a pop socket, i found one i really liked and when i went to check out it wouldn’t scan. an employee came over and scanned it on her little target phone, and told me she couldn’t sell it to me because it wasn’t “ready”. She asked me where i got it from, and i told her “back with all the other pop sockets” and she told me they weren’t ready to sell and she couldn’t let me buy it. there were about 9-10 other ones that are the same. so whatever, i go back and get another one. when i get to my car to put it on my phone case, it breaks in half, so i have to go back in and return it. they gave me my money back on a gift card, so i went back AGAIN to get another one. and it was five dollars more because honestly the selection isn’t great. it blows my mind how incompetent target and their employees can be. when i went back to get the third pop socket, all of the others one she told me “weren’t ready” were still out on the floor. so honestly this is horrible customer service. i truly dislike this target and my experience. the worker who told me she couldn’t sell it was very rude and not at all friendly. don’t expect to have a good accommodative experience here.

The checkout line is always a huge mess. It is unclear what lanes are open and where to line up. Makes the whole trip unnecessarily stressful.
They have 4 security guards, and one open register. They desperately need a new manager.

I like this location but some of the staff can be rude. I tried to used a payment option they didn't accept even though it is in the starbucks app. She was rude about not accepting it and cut me off before I could ask what they accepted. She also cut me off when I was trying to tell her my order. I understand if I was talking to fast but there's a nice way to do it. They also sat gossiping at the counter and messed my order up.

Saw 40% off signs for mens clothes. When went to check out, the check out staff moved the slowest I have ever seen. So I watched the price of items for the sale price. Mind you it took about five minutes for that to happen because the check out person moving so slow. And never looked at us, and his hair as all over his face to his mouth. Then when he rang up the items they came up at full cost, he didn't ask us about any loyalty card or anything. When we asked about it he stated need to part of there loyalty program. We Said we are not, because we didn't want to give that info and get never ending emails and text. So he took them off, so we didn't buy them, the total cost was over 50 dollars that we didn't spend there because of that. So we went to the service counter, asked for store manager. A woman maybe mid 20s said she was. When taking to us she didn't even stop what she was doing and talking in a soft voice in a crowded area. Us being hard of hearing has issue talking to her. So my voice got louder thinking maybe she would get the hint we couldn't hear her. Nope she said I was being aggressive, which I was not because of all the noise around us. Then we asked for her name we asked several times because she would not say it loud enough for people to hear her. That was the worst customer service ever at any target I have been to. Where has the loyalty of the store to a Customer has gone, I won't sign up for a loyalty card for a store that won't show it back to me

One good thing came out of COVID and that is Targets shop on line pick up order! The website is easy to use & im starting to order groceries here now too. I drive up and it's brought right out to me. As a older woman or a disabled person this is GREAT. Try it, you'll like it!

Another Target. There's a pizza hut and Starbucks coffee inside the store. Ample parking and easy access. Store associates are professional, friendly, and gelpful,but finding one when you need help is not an easy task.

My experience is with the Pharmacy. I felt judged and disrespected here and that the pharmacist was discriminating against me because of my race. He was rude to me and would not offer to call any other CVS. Anytime this has happened they tell me exactly where I can fill it and they call and ask. I cannot call myself and get that information over the phone. He asked me to have my doctor call which they will bill me for. I also have to have this prescription canceled and refilled. He showed 0 concern or urgency for my need for medication. This was the pharmacist that was working on Sept 23rd at 10am. The other pharmacist would always be able to order meds if they did not have them and had good customer service. I asked how long before they could fill it he refused to fill it and told me it could be up to 3 months before they get more and he is more concerned about the patients he already has than me. This is racist, and discriminatory since he is Arab and I am white. He was rude and judgemental about the type of meds I take. Also he flat out refused to fill it, call another pharmacy or tell me when it would be available. He said he is unable to order more. I know for a fact this is not true if it is true, he should call to other Pharmacies and offer the minimum level of customer service especially being paid as much as they do it's totally unacceptable.

Tried to return an item, and it was going well until the lady messed it up on the machine and then said I wouldn’t be able to return it until Monday, and the manager was pretty rude about it too, not being helpful and not willing to find a solution. So overall, the customer service here is pretty bad
