I have lived here for close to two years and it has been great. Coming from pheasant run and moving into a nicer apartment for almost $300 less a month was a big plus. The people in the office are easy to work with and the few minor issues I have had have been addressed within 24 hours. I would recommend The Pines to anyone looking in the Ann Arbor area. Allia the property manager has been very professional and understanding to the few issues I have had and they treat us like family over here.

I just moved in and Romney and the whole leasing team have been incredible! I had to find housing on pretty short notice and Romney and Satima were beyond helpful with making the process quick and easy. My apartment was spotless upon move-in and the two maintenance orders I put in were done super fast. The area is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. I would absolutely recommend living in The Pines of Cloverlane!!!

Parking on Pitch Pine Court has become nearly impossible unless you’re home before 5. For a while, we could at least use the two spots by the dumpster, but those have now been blocked off. I don’t understand why, since the garbage trucks don’t even park there and it doesn’t affect them. On top of that, construction has taken over the area I usually use when spaces are full, so at this point there’s really nowhere left to park.

The grounds of the apt complex are clean crisp and well maintained. Great events are planned for residents and Fatmeh in the office there makes you feel like you're the most important person the second she starts to help! Certainly feels like home

The staff at the Pines are extremely caring and dedicated. They handle each concern with patience and understanding while trying to find the best solution possible. I appreciate the help that I’ve received from Fatmeh and Romney regarding moving to a new apartment. They strive to give as detailed of an answer as possible and try to keep me updated as the process continues. I appreciate the staff at the Pines!

I’ve been living at The Pines Apartments for 15 months, and it has been a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff, especially Fatmeh, is always helpful and professional, making everything smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is fantastic — anytime I’ve needed service, they’ve come out quickly (usually within a day) and fixed things right away.
My renovated apartment is beautiful, and the community is very well maintained. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I highly recommend The Pines Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home.

We have live here 13 years and really enjoy the location and the amenities. The beauty of the grounds makes us feel like we live up north and the pools, tennis courts and volley ball court, make us feel like we live at a resort. The complex manager is always attentive to our needs or concerns. Location, location, location! It is very convenient to get to I-94 or US-23, close to Ann Arbor and Ypsi but far enough away to avoid any of the congestion from university events.
