Timberlands is the worst place around let me tell you about it, 1) very dirty 2) very un friendly 3) tows cars 15 mins before you leave for work 4) air vents weren’t cleaned before move in and still aren’t clean 5) very un safe, I would not want to have my kids or family around.

They helped us get financed to buy our home even with questionable credit. Besides a couple of small let downs like it was supposed to come with a washer and dryer and it did not. Fridge died after 3 months but they helped us get a used replacement. So far everything else has been really good. Not a bad place to live. Clean, well take n care of.

I haven't moved in yet, but I do have a move in date. I've been working with Shelby throughout my whole experience as far as submitting my application and after. Shelby is amazing she goes above and beyond to make everything go as smoothly as possible. She has a way of making you feel like you're the only person she's dealing with. She is very quick to return call and or emails. I'm looking forward to moving in and am hopeful that my stay at the Timberlands will be a positive one. :)

Quiet community with no issues. We have been here about a month, office ladies and maintenance are very kind and helpful. They have been super quick to fix any repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their new home!

So far so good! The ladies in the office are amazing. Sometimes they are busy but Shelby is always quick to follow up. The move in process was quick and easy.
