As I was checking out, I was hounded by the cashier about signing up for their credit card. After being asked about five times, and after explaining that I was a stay at home mom with no income, she still continued to tell me to “just try” and so I caved, because she made no moves to check me out until I said yes. I felt pressured and uncomfortable with this and I don’t know anything would have stopped this woman from trying to convince me to sign up for a credit card I couldn’t even use, beyond being blatantly rude to her. I will not be returning. We don’t care about your credit card, please stop pressuring us into signing up for it.

I don't give bad reviews, but this time, I was so upset that I wanted others to know about it.
I arrived at 8:55 to buy clothes for an unexpected funeral in the morning.
I ran in as the close at 9:30, grabbed a few pairs of pants and 2 sweaters.
I went to the dressing room and was told it closes at 7.
I explained my situation and asked for 5 minutes to see if they would. I was told of no it's closed and asked another please, it is only 9:10, please just 5 minutes, only to get the same cold, non-compassionate comment. No, it's closed, so I had no choice but to buy all of it and now will have to go back to return what doesn't fit.

Saw a heavyweight woman walk out with a bunch of throw blankets and lotion. 😹
I hate this time of year. Lines too long.

It’s effectively a useless store because the dressing rooms are always closed. Doesn’t matter time of day, they are always closed.

Jenna the store manager is being ridiculous about their return policy.
She denied the return if you open and use it within their return window.
After being denied here, I was able to return the item to Ann Arbor location. This is straightforwardly ridiculous for being a store manager.
Typical abuse using power to treat customers for her own sake.

Extremely rude workers. Cashier was coughing up a storm in my face as she was scanning with no self awareness. She was sick along with her coworker and both didnt wear a mask!!! No mask while coughing in my face and on my stuff!

So I do not shop that much, went here with my wife. Prices are good, and selection is limited, but that appears to be normal. My complaint is the place is dirty. Not just clothes all over the floor but just dirty. I would not go back to this store as there are others not far away.

They had a good selection of things but a lot of the stuffed toys were dirty on the outside with black stains.
Most likely it's the customers ruining their products but either way it would be nice if they were clean.
