The UPS Store at 4077 Carpenter Road, Ypsilanti, MI, provides excellent service. There is never any wait. If the counter person is busy, another employee rushes up to help the customer who just walked in. Tamara, Sharieff, Cozette, Logan, and Emillio are super happy, friendly and efficient. This must be a great place to work as well as an outstanding business for us customers!

I find myself visiting this location of The UPS Store every couple of months. Every time I do, I'm amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone there is. Yesterday's representative was named Logan and he was, as always, incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also notable that each staff member worked very well as a team.
