They attempted to deliver my iPhone but I wasn’t home. That was Tuesday. Since that time, the UPS website says that I will be updated with an expected delivery date. I’ve called the store, I’ve call customer care, and I’ve received absolutely 0 guidance. For whatever reason, they won’t let me change the delivery address either to make it more convenient. Everything is in limbo. No one can tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. Frustrating situation with a seemingly simple solution, though no staff can offer anything but condolences.

I ordered my iPhones from t-mobile on Friday last weekend , it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday the 20th , it gotten rescheduled for Wednesday the 21st at 7:00pm it never gotten delivered to me!! I've been waiting for 7 days now ! And I have not gotten an update since this morning saying that there is an delay in my package and it's across the state!‼ . I do not recommend ups !

Me: Hey my tracking says my package has been here for days but I haven't even gotten a shipping estimate yet.UPS: Yeah it was on a truck but when the truck got here it wasn't on the truck and we haven't seen it for a couple days.Me: so it's lost?UPS: Well... we don't know where it is. Really it could be anywhere.Me: So it's lost?UPS: Well it's a one pound package...a package this size... it's probably never gonna be seen again.Me: ok it's lost. Can I file a claim?UPS: Actually this one's the shippers fault for choosing us. You should have them send you a new one.

The guys that has been there for years has always been extremely helpful and very polite. I wish other businesses were as pleasant as the Mansfield location.

Beware this location is not open from 12:30-2:30 PM. Arrived at this place and waited almost 10 minutes for them to open. The guy that assisted me was rude and refused to assist me because he did not like where my car was parked. There were no signs signifying that we could not park in this location, nor were there any clear lines to signify they had specific locations for parking spots. Terrible experience, and highly disappointed with the way I was treated.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE!!!!Tracking # 1ZV877500396394889Package says delivered to a Mark on the Shipping dock.Both are lies. No dock on a store front only and NO MARK works there. Driver is lying.Every Tuesday UPS gives me and the shipper the run around ... 4 months now.Investigation has to be reopened? What are you talking about? 100% UPS FAULT.

Others seem like they've had problems here with personalities; but I've always found the staff here friendly and helpful. My only small hassle: Why a two-hour closure in the middle of every weekday? A "customer center" that's open only 6 hours/day for customers? Weird! Staffing issues? Hoping this may change in the future--thanks!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Rude, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never ever in all of my life dealt with such incompetence. The “manager” came out of the back room laughing AT the woman who asked to speak to him and completely ignored/ disregarded anything she was saying. It was really difficult to watch. The little bald guy at the counter was just as unhelpful, idk if he’s just in a constant state of anger due to his lack in height and hair or if he was just having a bad day. I guess we will never know. But to the little (as in actually small in stature) j*** who works here. Please be nicer. It’s nice to be nice. ;)
