21st Century, yet their voice automation system is very american -as in, it is designed not to work. Since it is only possible to speak with a human by using up your lunch hour by going to the post office (the USA does not have the technology to establish contact w/a human via phone conversation for most services in this fake country, everything is automated since automation has more value than improving how we live in the former-USA), h3ll yes Im giving this only one star. Awful typical american experience trying to get something done here. If the USA would just collapse and go away that would be great so we can rebuild towards things that cater to improving how human beings live and cooperate. Dont send me my mail then -any concern in this fake country is always interpreted as being "ungrateful" and the new pretentious consensus building term "toxic", so pathetic, thus there is no way to improve anything in this fake country.

0 stars. I watched waves of people enter this post office in the middle of the afternoon and only 1 person working the mail counter. She was rude to multiple customers in her line. Waiting for passport services is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. They schedule appointments during walk in hours so even when you arrive before everyone else, you are put to the back of the line. And people who show up 30 min late for their appointments still get to go ahead of you. But, you cannot make an appointment online because their website never sends the verification code after re-trying for DAYS and you cannot call their office because you are shuffled around the automated phone system UNTIL YOU HANG UP. 15 people waiting in a corner and 1 rude person working. You got about a 30% chance of accomplishing what you came to the post office to do. 70% chance you’ll just waste your time.

Got one person working. The worker has been chit chatting for 10 minutes with one person while there's 8 people in line. The worker is unprofessional and has an attitude.

Was on the phone with them for about 20 mins trying to change the shipping address of my incoming package. They told the carrier the correct address and they still took the package back to the office and closed early. Complete waste of both of our time.
