I always have a great time. The staff are very nice. Ny nails always look nice and they never break. I took a month long trip and when I returned my nails were still in tact. My polish wasn't chipped at all. The shop is always clean and bright. They offer a complimentary drink and great customer service. The prices are fair. I've always enjoyed coming here to my standing appointments before and after the new owner took over.

spent almost 4 hours here getting pedicure and acrylic nails. And it was a fill in , it wasnāt even a full set. The nails look so bulky and at first I was going to do French tip but worker got frustrated and confused so she told me to go with this other nail tech in the salon and he did them, the french tip line came out super wonky and i knew I wouldnāt like how it came out so I told him if he can just do a neutral color and he did, they still came out bulky. They filed my nails so much, like too much. They charged me $103 for pedicure and fill in, never again will i come. $103 is a crazy price and not only that, I wasnāt even satisfied with my nails the French tip on my toes were also wonky but I didnāt want to mention it anymore, they get angry and complain if you say something. But itās not fair. Iām paying for a service and Iām not satisfied with it. I am super unhappy with them. And this salon constantly changes ownership and employees.

My first time here they did what I asked for and more I really love my nails and the pedi was perfect ? everyone was very nice and pleasant to be around. Iām coming back all the time āŗļøā¦ my second time going and I still got what I wanted they never disappoint!!! MASON IS THEE BEST FOR ME!

Very good shaping , real relaxing and quiet ! Very polite and clean !! THE MAIN THING IS THEY ARE ALL AROUND CLEAN I BEEN 3-4 and I canāt complain by far the best place in ypsi !!!
Stylist: Jason is one of the best designers so is the older guy and the younger guy and girl !

Went here for the first time today. Got a pedicure with shellac. Price was reasonable, staff were friendly and my pedicure looks amazing. The lady who helped me took her time and even though I selected the regular pedicure, it was very enjoyable, and she didnāt skip a step! Definitely gained a new customer!
Update: went back and got a full set of nails. Kind of disappointed.. no attention to detail or clean up of my cuticles. Iāll stick with pedis from this shop.

I had to ask for clean nail files and none of the "sterilized" equipment was sealed. Manicure was painful and a second tech had to come behind and correct the first attempt.
There were bandaid wrappers at the stylist's station. This used to be such a wonderful salon I don't know what happened but I won't be coming back.

I had a very horrible experience! I got a pedicure done and I wanted all white, the lady that did it cut my toe with the drill and didnāt even lotion my feet, my big toes didnāt match in length and didnt cut my nails or clean them up. I got a fill on my hands and my total was $120 for the pedi and fill. I tried to tell someone about my nail getting cut by the drill and I was ignored. My nails turned out cute but my fill shouldnāt have been $70 and my toes shouldnāt have been $50 due to the injury. Also the air conditioner was broken so it was ridiculously hot.

I had to add to my review because not only did I have to pay a crazy price but also my nails are lifting and it hasnāt even been two weeks. They lie about there pricing and they donāt do good quality nail that last.

The man who did my nails did an incredible job! I never get my nails done and I needed them done for an engagement photoshoot and I am beyond happy with them. He did exactly what I asked for and was very meticulous and careful to ensure they came out perfect. I believe his name was Y!
