I was in line before Christmas when I seen a young female employee get rude out of nowhere with a kind older gentleman who was at the register trying to get a refund for being over charged. This employee yells loudly suddenly “CAN YOU READ!?” And the guy said “yes, but I didn’t see that tiny print about typing in my number” and the employee yells again and is now acting hostile and irrational “And you’ve NEVER shopped at a Walgreens before?” And starts laughing. It was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. This worker definitely was young and extremely immature. Management had to get involved and I cant see them not firing her. But who knows. Either way, grow up before you get a job? lol.

Worst phone call system I have ever dealt with. Call 1 - it hung up on me while I was waiting to talk to someone. Call 2- it was their lunch time. Call 3 - I pressed 1 to get a call back, the message assured me I would not lose my place in line. An hour and a half later, I still had not gotten a call back. Call 4 - When I answered, they said they could not hear me and immediately hung up, didn't give me a chance to try to be heard again. Call 5 - finally got someone. I tried to do the survey at the end of the call. That hung up on me also, so I was not able to leave any feedback. I am incredibly frustrated now.

Whoever is the young woman working the pharmacy phone is insanely immature, unprofessional and disrespectful. I was laughed at when giving my name, hung up on in the middle of asking about a prescription and when I called back after being on hold for 50 MINUTES she told me I could’ve just done it online but online it says I have to call. This is ridiculous. Disgusting disgrace of a customer service worker

Management is very unprofessional and sometimes rude. The Hewitt location is closer to my house but I will commute to avoid lowsy customer service. I know expectation was cover in orientation, so to be paid and be rude to customers is crazy..0 stars if I could.

Always a ridiculously long wait for my prescription to be filled and i can’t even speak to a real person on the phone. Never once had a smooth experience with the pharmacy.

Everyone I’ve interacted with is kind and helpful despite being spread so thin due to corporate expectations. Due to the high volume of customers and patients constantly flowing in and out, it’s understandable to get the occasional flustered (yet still polite) response. This has been my experience at this store for nearly 8 years now.
