Stop by yesterday to pick a automatic refill prescription and the cashier couldn’t find it, but you called on Friday to remind me!?! The pharmacist came to the window while I was speaking to the cashier and put the closed sign up to the window! Uh, there was 7 minutes before they closed! How rude!I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy! This pharmacy is understaffed, not helpful when you have questions and concerns. Walgreens corporate office needs to do an audit and clean this place up. They’re dispensing medication for goodness sake. Be professional and act like you care about your customers!

Horrible pharmacy! Whether they are understaffed or just poorly managed, avoid this place! Tried for 45 mins to call and ask a simple question and nobody answered...ever. Drove to location expecting a huge line of people to keep staff busy, but no. Not one person in line. Took at least 3-4 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. After all that, they didn't even have my medication in stock! Horrible horrible place. Poorly managed for sure.

I have been doing business with Walgreens since my youth in Chicago, well over 60 years. This Pharmacy is by far the worst and least customer oriented I have ever experienced. This evening's episode is a perfect example. My wife has Parkinneeded Prednizone and the prescription was ready. We arrived at the store at 5:38 PM, aware that the pharmacy closed at 6:00 PM. My wife entered the store since she needed nylons, but to spare her walking throughout the store and standing in line, since she has Parkinson's, I offered to drive around to the drive in. I drove into that line at 5:44 with two cars in front of me. The first car exited at 5:46, By then, another car pulled in behind me so I was trapped in the line. And there I sat. At around 5:50, the extension drawer came out to the car in front and I expected that would end that transaction. Instead, the drawer remained extended for the next 8-9 minutes and nothing happened. At 6:01, they completed that transaction and closed the window with no regard for the customers in line. I went into the store and was told with absolutely no concern that I could go to an all-night Walgreens, The closest is in Dearborn Michigan 20-30 miles away.

By far, this Pharmacy is consistently THE WORST one I’ve ever been to. Every time I go in after receiving my “prescriptions are ready call” It is NEVER ready. So I get to sit in my car for 40 minutes untiL it is ACTUALLY ready, just for me to sit in line again for another half hour. I have received medication mixed in with mine that is also not mine on multiple occasions and the workers there are unprofessional.

I have nothing but problems getting prescriptions at this pharmacy. Last time I needed a refill, I used the automated refill option. When I arrived to pick-up my prescription, it wasn't ready. This time, I called the day before. When I arrived after 11am today (as instructed), the prescription was again not ready. I calmly expressed my frustration to the employee who was somewhat rude to me. I can't keep driving back and forth to the pharmacy every time I need a prescription. This is the last time I will use this pharmacy.

The pharmacist here is beyond rude. He talks down to you. He has zero sense of customer service. Says he is going to do something and doesn't. Honesty one of the rudest people I've ever come in contact with I was very blown away. I left a message to speak to a manager who was suppose to call me back nothing. So I guess Apple.. tree.

walgreens hq PLEASE help your pharmacy techs. i have never had a positive experience here and i always have to wait at least thirty minutes in line (after waiting 3 days for my fully in-stock script to be filled). I thought walgreens was swamped and understaffed due to covid, but after three years i think it's the norm now for every walgreens pharmacy to be a logistical and customer service nightmare. DONT BLAME INDIVIDUAL TECHS-THIS IS CLEARLY A TOP-DOWN ISSUE. walgreens hq needs to implement some training or policy because i've genuinely considered stopping taking my medications because of how much i hate dealing with this pharmacy every month.

Unbelievably unprofessional pharmacy. After waiting for 40 minutes I was told it would take another 40 minutes to fill my medications, which were supposed to be ready earlier that day. The older male pharmacist was incredibly rude to me when I expressed my disappointment. This isn't McDonald's, if you're handling people's medicine you should be holding yourself more accountable and acting professionally.

This pharmacy is always so slammed, and it recently took four days for me to get a prescription filled, but that's not a reflection on the staff there. It's a reflection on the company. They need to do a better job of sharing their immense profits with employees, otherwise nobody will want to deal with the stress.

I’m begrudgingly willing to give them a break since national problems with vaccine rollout and corporate Walgreens are weighing on this location. I hope corporate leadership stops making the lives of individual locations difficult

It's almost impossible to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone. To make matters worse, the hold process seems like it was designed to drive the caller insane.Every 17 seconds the music is interrupted with "we're sorry to keep you waiting, but all of our staff is assisting other customers. We will be with you shortly." I waited for 23 minutes (!!!!!) and had the pleasure of hearing this phrase 81 times. It would have been more, but I literally could not take it anymore and had to hang up.This is common, by the way. And given how I haven't been able to get my medication in weeks, I'll have plenty of opportunities to beat my high score, maybe I'll hear it 100 times next call.

Left me on hold for 2 and a half hours. I managed to get to the end of the line 5 separate times, only for the staff to drop the call each of those times. I am still unable to get in touch with them regarding my prescription. Don't ever send any medications to this location if you hope to ever actually get them.

Do not attempt to visit this pharmacy location! The pharmacist treats people of color like trash. Spend your money where your valued!

I called today a little after 4 pm and was placed on hold for almost 2 hrs. I finally just gave up now at 6, because no one ever answered the phone and the pharmacy is now officially closed.

The staff at the pharmacy here are always so caring. The head manager always makes you aware of side effects and is very thorough (he gave me great tips on how to use it, when I purchased a blood pressure monitor.) Katie helped me so much when I picked up my prescription yesterday. She helped me with some pricing and was very validating and caring which means a the world to me as a queer person.
