Sadly I had to change my review to a negative one. Over the last year this location has declined in their service. They've gotten my order wrong, or bypassed my order over others, or it's been very late, or they say they'll remake it and yet they don't. The food itself has always been great. But the service has gone down a lot over the last year.Recently I went to the drive thru and placed an order. I was not informed when I placed my order for a frosty that the flavor was out (yet the guy in front of me clearly had one handed to him). When I got to the window to pick up I was handed a bag that was not my order (I don't get a bun on my burgers yet the bag had TWO regular hamburgers in it). When I told the people inside that it wasn't mine they repeated the order back and said that it was. I had to physically show them the hamburgers inside to prove to them it wasn't mine. Then I was told to pull up and someone would bring my order out. I waited over 3 minutes (which is long for Drive Thru time). No one came..I went inside and told the cashier only to find out no one even started on my order. When I finally got it, my drink had no ice and no straw, the frosty replacement flavor had nospoon, and the whole order had no napkins. For an order that should have been done thru the drive thru, I expected to have it all there and not have to double (or triple) guess that items needed to actually eat my meal would not be included.

They don’t deserve 1 star. They simply stated unless you are a door dash order, we are not able to take your order. I one time in months I stop by a Wendy’s and they don’t want my money. ?

If you go through the drive thru make sure to give yourself 5 hours to get through it.

If I could rate this Wendy’s lower I would, the service is horrible, all the workers take their time and move slow, the line for drive through moves super slow, just all in all a horrible Wendy’s, I advise you to go to steak and shake and get a far better meal for less and with better customer service.

Service was terrible. The lady at the register kept coughing, then she'd go over to grab people's food to put it on the trays. Very unsanitary. The lady was also rushing me and my mom like she had a huge line when we were the only ones there. I'll never stop here again...

Yesterday I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 things! When I pulled around to the window the guy named Monroe was rude! He got my order wrong and when I politely tried to tell him what was wrong with my order he grabbed the window and slammed it shut in my face as I was talking to him and started talking smack! I pulled off without getting my order and went around to park and go in the inside. The cashiers said monroe was the manager and they didn’t have a corporate number and couldn’t give me the person over the manager contact information. Which I will be doing my own investigating on that! That was poor service! So inconvenient! I reordered my order because my children wanted chili and burger from Wendy’s but never again will I visit that location! Also please stop applying for these jobs if you’re going to mistreat the customers!!

Inside order took quite a while (not enough workers for lunchtime), and the order was wrong, which for me is ultimately fine since I like everything on the Wendy's menu.

Same lady is cashier whenever we go in, don't know her name, but she's older, and I think only works the counter. She can't pick up the pace to save her life, makes what should be an in and out endeavor last close to an hour or more. Waited in line for 20 minutes this time with zero progress made in line. Orders were backed up, and workers on their lunch breaks were having to call to let their bosses know they'd be late. It defeats the purpose of fast food when the only cashier up there moves like a snail. Good food, if you're able to actually get it. I understand it's busy during the lunch rush, but at least put another cashier up there.

The service and wait times have really went down hill. Even when you order online for pickup, you'll end up waiting forever inside. Not sure why this Wendy's service is so slow, or maybe poorly managed.

Got my 5 item order wrong at the microphone. I corrected them at the window because my total should have been half of what they told me. When I left the only thing right was the price and the size of my fries and drink. Got the wrong sandwich, sauce, and nuggets.

The food tastes fine, but this location always takes forever to give you your food. I have had to sit at the window for upward of 20 minutes.And when you have a 30-minute break, that is WAY too long.
