Wild Bills is a great place. Everyone there from owner down are cool. They are a down to earth folks who make shopping there a pleasure. They are open, if you're short of change they got your back. Because of the staff this place needs 10 stars. They always say hello and can talk bout whatever subject you want

I've been shopping here for three years now, they always have fun stuff to spend money on. It looks like there was a big staffing change recently, though, and I really only drove to this one because I loved the manager and his staff. I was pretty sad to find them gone this month.

Great tobacco store! Lots of options. The employees have always been helpful and friendly.Plus they open an hour earlier then the other local tobacco shops!

I have gone to this Wild Bill's on quite a few occasions, and all those experiences were fine. Today I paid them a visit because I was looking for a product to assist me in my endeavor of rolling herb cigarettes without jamming my injector machine. I did some online research to decide what would work for me, but was still undecided when I arrived. I was greeted by Xavier who was very personable, however Thomas emerged shortly as he overheard our conversation and I had already talked with him on the phone. I was there for quite a chunk of time, maybe 45 minutes, and Xavier and Thomas both answered my questions until I reached a decision about what to get. I appreciated their personal attention and Thomas in particular seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products in the store. If you were on the fence about doing business here, go ahead and pay them a visit.Edited 3/11/23-Xavier had assured me the cigarette rolling machine they suggested I buy was electronic. This was very important to me as I have problems with fine motor tasks. It turned out it was not, and I'm very bummed because they told me multiple times it was and that I cannot return the item.

Everyone who works here is fantastic! Never a bad experience, most days can’t get away without talking for about 20 minutes. Tom is always super helpful and friendly. I look forward to my visits to the smoke shop!

My honey hole for old wood boxes (cigar boxes) are just 2 bucks each or 3 for 5 bucks I even screw some into the wall for small shelves and storage see small wood boxes on my wall holding up a shelf? Those are cigar boxes

WOMEN BEWARE. Terrible experience. A friend and I came in here last week and the cashier Jaden made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. He was telling us his personal information about his relationship and basically hitting on us. It made both of us uncomfortable and he even didn’t give me a receipt, saying “let’s go outside and smoke before”

I've shopped here a handful of times over the years since the location opened and enjoyed my trips. I did however have one less-than-stellar visit during an attempted return of a large water-pipe that cracked before being used, just hours after purchase. I understand customer-service and company policies but the product cracked even with it setting on a folded towel after filling it with water. They can be fragile, so I've always taken care to be sure. Still, no trade-in or refund of any kind with the blame placed squarely on myself.I imagine a lot of people try to claim breaks and cracks out of abuse or neglect. We just weren't one of them, but couldn't get a pass. At least I got to keep them stem, though. /shrugHad fantastic visits in the past... the last trip left a sour taste, though.
