One star. Don't ever make a payment and be short a dollar. I paid 175 last night. Found out I was 1.31 short so I tried making a payment. Declined all my methods of payment. I have also tried paying more but it won't let me. So now I have to go up to one of your stores acting a fool because Xfinity won't talk to you on the phone to solve the problem they just make a machine explain the same stupid steps that I have already taken and still couldn't get an actual person. Totally disappointed

Justin was incredible. Super helpful and was able to find ways to save us a bunch of money while bundling multiple services. Converting us from Verizon to Xfinity in less than a half hour was beyond impressive. I’ll frequent this store with any questions or further services because of Justin and his impeccable customer service. Thank you sir!

Don't use Xfinity in Michigan if you are the first Xfinity user in the apartment. They will send a technician and charge you $100 to fix your apartment's cable issue and then ask you to pay for your apartment.

The gentleman that helped me with my account was very professional every question that I asked him he gave me answer for them and my bill is lower than it was before I forgot his name but good customer service.

Not specific to this location, but Xfinity is general is horrible. They charged me to cancel through a 3rd party sub contractor. I will never use them again.

They have overcharged my credit card, and I have been trying to reach costumer service for the last 5 days. I am on autopay, so I can't really do anything about it. I called different times during the day with no success. That is what happens when a company has the monopoly in a state. They do what they want. Check your statements people. Make sure you are being charged as supposed to.

Thank you Deshon for excellent customer service. Helpful knowledgeable and very quickly responding to our new phone installation and set up . So thankful! It can be frustrating to go thru all the steps of transferring a phone or number and he made the process smooth . Very happy w our service. Highly recommend this place ,friendly and helpful staff !

This store is less than a mile from my house, but I always drive over 7 miles to oakvalley location. The store is in a very convenient location with a lot of parking space and easy access from Ellsworth or Carpenter Road.The good part ends there. The store associates are rude and provide misleading information. I won't recommend this location unless you do not mind spending months trying to clean up the mess created by this store associate.

I have a wire that snapped due to the ice storm, I've called every number I can find and can't get to an actual person to tell them it just says there's an outage and and nobody can help me until it's fixed when I'm literally trying to tell them exactly where the problem is. It shouldn't be that hard to get past the automated system for situations like this.

Went to the Ypsilanti store to change services. Nice, professional staff, helped me adjust services to what I needed. I usually get what I need to get done by phone, but this was a little more complicated and worth the trip since I had ot return some equipment.

These people will lie through their teeth, have no idea what they're doing and scammed my 90+ yesr old Grandmother out of almost $500 dollars. They knew it was her first time getting a smart phone AND internet and they took advantage.Absolutely would not recommend and hope to never have to deal with them again.

This company ís insane. They’ve been overcharging mê för MONTHS for Tv Service we never signed up (they never even gave us a cable box and our xfinity account online says we don’t have tv service through them!). Customer service has no idea whåt I’m even trying tø say and refuses tø credit mÿ account or refund mê. We årę switching tø ATT fibernet ASAP.
