Every night when i do door dash the cashier always pissed off. One night he punched the cardboard muffin to the ground one other customer was there with me. Then he proceeded slamming my milk hug and left to the back check the video footage I have the date and time.

Never go into the 7 eleven in zeeland. Went in there tonight the guy working was awful rude. I waited at the counter for him to come up. I said hi he said nothing rand me up and walked away. I proceeded to pay and he wasn't even there cuz he walked away. Didnt even wanna give it a one star. Get rid of that rude jerk!

Bathroom very dirty and smells bad. Would not trust prepared food from this location. If the bathroom looks that bad, sanitation practices are probably poor as well.

I tried buying lighter fluid but the cashier DENNIS told me he couldn’t find the price and needed to look up the price on Walmart.com and would take 30 minutes. Then asked me if I had my phone to look up the price on Walmart.com….I DO NOT recommend going here.

Went in during work so I was in a hurry. I got 4 taquitos and a chocolate milk. That's it. Somehow he couldn't figure out how to charge me for the items. It took 10 minutes for him to actually charge me for the stuff I bought. Poor guy shouldn't have been left alone to run the store.

Live close by so go there time to time. It is always something. Lots of prices ring up more at counter than they are marked, ( they won’t adjust price). When in store the workers like to disappear in to back instead of ringing you up. Not all but a few of the workers are always very rude. Was having party and needed propane exchanged, was told didn’t know how, come back in 3 hours. Gas pumps never give recite. Gas pumps take double the time to fill of any other pump I have ever seen. I could go on and on and on this but zero stars not an option or I would have done it.

Recently went to get gas and a snack and when I got home and checked my bank account I was charged on 3 separate occasions. 1 for my gas, 2 for my snack then a 3rd random charge of $125!! that I did not authorize or even know of.

The cooler was half empty, slushies had weird consistency, worker was stocking candy and blocked the entire aisle and ignored us as we tried to grab chips, cashier male was incredibly rude and didn't put my gas on with my purchase, bathroom was filthy and wet, gas pumps run incredibly slow, gas was 15 cents more expensive than the exit before and after it, hotdog from the roller was hard 3/4 the way through it, just the absolutely worst place. If this is normal for 711 then I understand why all the others in West Michigan are gone. Will never come back here.

Was just in to get some snacks with my kids and the attendant named Heather was actively texting and playing on her phone while checking customers out, being extremely slow bc she was clearly distracted by her phone. I had two impatient kids waiting for their snacks while she is taking her sweet time texting and playing on her phone in between helping each customer and while ringing up items. Incredibly frustrating!
