Depends location to location...wish staff could get better CS skills leverage. This is a storage not the "gates of heaven" so no need for such stringent LAWs. Financial proress and fixed income is becoming excruciatingly difficult to guarantee timely payments.

The other day I went in to Extra Space Storage to pay my rent. I was in a bad mood because my rent went up and then I met Karyna and her big smile and very happy attitude. We talked a little bit and she noticed that I had been there for a number of years. She was able to talk with someone else and even though my rent went up she got it reduced a little bit. After talking with Karyna a short time more I left there feeling like I just had a big bowl of ice cream, so happy. Thank you so much Karyna. The world could you more like her.
