“Can't say enough good about them. They really helped me out.Went there are couple weeks ago with my Silverado 3500 dually diesel. I had written down the names of the specific guys who helped me but I lost it unfortunately.Smoke was coming into the truck from an unidentified source that a mechanic at another business was unable to solve. Gemini drove with me in the truck to help repeat the problem. Based on that, they thought the problem could be fit into their schedule and repaired it same day. I really wasn't expecting to get accommodated like that. I thought I was just going in for a diagnosis. They also gave me a beat up old car to get some errands done while they worked on mine. That was really considerate.What I really liked about this was that Gemini Services in addition to running a truck repair business, they saw specific things that they could do to go above and beyond and they did them... drove with me in the truck, fit me into the schedule, gave me a loaner car... They told me they weren't sure if they could fix my problem the first time but gave it their best guess. They were right though. They did fix it and made me a very happy customer. Thank you guys!”

“I have been going here for fifty years and three owners. Great people to work with. Never been unhappy with the quality and knowledgeable work. My son from Florida had an issue with his car when he came for Thanksgiving. Wednesday the car did not want to shift properly and they were able to take a look to evaluate the issue. He obviously is not a regular customer, but they did not turn him away. He needed to be in Florida by Tuesday for an important doctor appointment and they were able to help him get back on the road. Friday afternoon the parts came in and the transmission tech worked Friday night and Saturday on his day off to get it repaired. It saved him an airplane ticket or a possible hurried new car purchase. The car is performing just fine and they got home on time. Thanks West Side Marathon!”

“I have AAA RV coverage, but I called them, and they were unable to help me with a flat tire on my motor home for more than 14 hours. They told me to find somebody on my own. Meekhof Tire was amazing. They gave me fast service and got me back on the road. They mounted a new tire on my wheel, so I have a full-size spare. The service was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. This is a family owned business with about 10 locations around Michigan and Illinois. I give them the strongest recommendation.”

“Had an alternator fail just before Christmas. Dennis and Terry said bring it down and drop it off, but it would take a few days to look at. Got a call the next day that the work was finished, and they'd even replaced the bad belt driving it. Great work done quickly, at a reasonable price. What more do you want?
