“I’ve been going to the Jenison location for a few years. Can they be a tiny bit unorganized or unprepared occasionally? Yes… BUT, the way in which they handle it is what keeps me coming back. Their customer service is great. Everyone is friendly. They’re honest and keep it real.
I was in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned thinking my tires were off balance (they were) and it was handled without additional cost because I purchased my tires there. 🙌🏽
The mechanic (I believe they go by Walter?) was refreshing, funny, and honest about taking extra time to be thorough. And this was the first time I got full vehicle photos attached to my complimentary inspection report. Not going to lie, I was a little nervous at first because they didn’t seem super confident- but they absolutely did a great job from what I can tell.
The gal at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was so kind and sweet. Very soft spoken and didn’t want to say or give incorrect information. She was new and was sure to take the time to check with other staff and or her manager to confirm details. She even had a customer come in who did not speak English; she very kindly spoke with the translator (I believe husband) and handled their concerns well.
Side note: Adam is a riot to talk to. He worked on my car the last time I was in and it went great. He also encourages the staff and helps walk them through steps to teach, rather than do it for them.
I’m happy to be a returning customer- even if I’m there a little longer than anticipated. Appreciate not being taken advantage of as a woman, AND not being presented with a ton of sales tactics. Thanks for serving my old girl, y’all. Let’s see if we can get her to 300k miles. 😅”
