I refuse to go to the Muskegon avis as the manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional, almost everyone I know that has rented from the Muskegon avis has had an issue there. So if anyone in the area is looking to rent a car it's worth taking the drive to Holland and rent, not to mention the prices are lower in Holland also because they don't have all the extra fees that the airport locations have.”
