Cindy admitted to incorrectly filling out my taxes and I lost out on $1,500. She said theres nothing she can do about it, and this was after a month of them not responding to my voicemail or calls. It’s upsetting that the professionalism has went down after being a loyal customer for 7-8 years. She should have at least offered to reimburse me the fee for messing up my refund so badly. Also in the past they only charged me a $75 fee and this year they tried charging me double for the exact same service. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

We had a great experience there today. We have previously gone to Liberty Tax Service as well as H&R Block and had horrible service. Very knowledgeable and quick. Thank you!!

Taxes were completed incorrectly which significantly delayed our return. Staff member would not acknowledge that she had made an error and was extremely rude. We decided to give them another try for a second year and the customer service was again rude toward both myself and another client who was in the office at the time. Picked up our paperwork and went elsewhere. Horrible experience.
