I come to this goodwill location every other day. The staff is great and friendly. This goodwill has the best prices as well. Much better than the other ones in holland. If you can go to Goodwill in the area the Zeeland location is the spot to go.

Shout out to Hendrick working Friday afternoon on his own!! He handled a return, long line, and busy store with great customer service and tact-- while still not forgetting to greet each customer walking in. He was so swamped and handled it politely. Genuinely the highlight of my trip today :)

I've shopped here several times this summer. The selection of seasonal clothing is always abundant. I love how the staff actually greets you when you come in and thanks you for shopping when you're done. The store manager has been on the floor as well. She has been as polite and helpful as her staff. I will continue to shop at Zeeland Goodwill. I definitely recommend this location to every one.

The store in Zeeland has gotten ridiculously expensive!! They are putting a $3 price on bin containers that you can get at Dollar Tree for $1.25. Little plastics shoe box size containers have $3 and $4 prices on them. I can't tell you how many items I looked at that were priced more than what you can buy it for at a real store.
To top it off, when I asked what tag color was 50% off, I was told they're not doing that anymore because people were switching tags. Gee I wonder why they do that!!!

I refuse to ever shop or donate my items here ever again. Corporate as well as their management expect you to RISK YOUR LIFE in two feet of snow to return items. I had purchased some clothing items before the winter storm hit, brought them home to try on, found some stains so I tried to return them once the roads had cleared. Due to their 7 day return policy that they refuse to deviate from despite a winter storm in the entire U.S. , I was unable to return these gross stained items they put out. Not only was my money wasted, but my time as well. I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not shop here or at any goodwill!!!

There are some terrible employees here. One lady in particular has such a bad attitude they few times I’ve asked her for help. She’s short and rude with customers and I almost left in tears last time I went. I won’t ever step foot in there again just because of her, I’d much rather give my business to a place with nice employees and where I feel valued as a customer. Avoid this location at all cost!

Employers should be careful when proceeding with disciplinary steps regarding allegations of racism in the workplace and should proceed to investigate the allegations thoroughly before proceeding with disciplinary steps. Once an employee has been dismissed for false claims of racism in the workplace, that employee’s reputation and the possibility of future employment has been tarnished. Investigate thoroughly, use all possible recourses available such as video, polygraph testing, witnesses etc. in building your case, before proceeding with disciplinary steps.
