It is not an instant gratification kind of device- but following all suggestions and using it daily has resulted in pain relief of my lower back. I have been speaking with ‘Amber’ by phone and e-mail, and she has been extremely helpful. Always friendly and checking in with me. Coverage on these can by really hard to get perfect estimates on. Plans change and everyone’s is different, there is no way to tell the future. But Amber did great making sure I knew what to expect overall.
