Excellent customer service and great work!!
New to the area I drive a 2020 Rav 4 Hybrid and unfortunately when they came out to replace my windshield there was an issue with the calibration. They were able to immediately get me rescheduled for in shop work to have everything done correctly! The manager, Josh was super kind, professional and had great customer service! I highly recommend safe life in New Zealand for any of your auto glass needs!!

First of all, Safelite in Zeeland was able to fit me in on a Saturday, which I hugely appreciate. The experience was incredibly easy, and Robert was great — super friendly and professional. I have a 2020 Subaru Legacy, and they replaced my windshield and recalibrated my car’s cameras with no problems. They even aired up my tires to make sure the calibration was done correctly, and all features work exactly as expected (lane keep assist, automatic cruise control, etc.). I waited a week and went to a high-powered car wash as the final test — there were zero leaks. My car was also returned to me exactly the way I handed it over; no scratches, dents, missing trim, or anything at all like that. I would 100% use this Safelite location again! Oh, and bonus points — the tech left me his direct phone number on the warranty paperwork in case I had any issues; these guys really stand behind their work.

I don't know what other experiences people have had but I have nothing negative to say about ours. Lionelle was great! He was fast and professional. We appreciated his hard work!

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews but it was the closest location to my house so I used them. There was a quality control manager on site and she was very kind and ensured me everything was installed properly. They completed the job in the time frame they gave me and it looks great! Thanks again for the great work!

Overall really disappointed with the whole experience. First attempt to do glass service they refused because of a roof rack (Roof rack was never a problem since it didn't overhang the windshield, I've had windshield's replaced in the past without ever taking the roof rack off). After speaking with the manager (Josh) we agreed they would send 2 tech's out to do the work, come the day of, only one tech showed up... and refused to do the work because of the roof rack, again. I spent hours of my own time removing the roof rack so I could get the work done. I rescheduled and on the 3rd visit from the tech (Lionel), he never said hello or talked to me, moved the vehicle to a different location in the parking lot without talking to me. The windshield work was completed but the tech never said anything and was just trying to leave quickly, and now a parking pass is missing. Josh the manager didnt really care that items were missing now and just said to go somewhere else next time.
Would never recommend working with Safelite in Zeeland

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the manager, Josh, to the technicians. Incredibly unhelpful, rude, and poorly trained. This branch is not doing its job by hiring the wrong individuals to work in the service industry if you lack empathy for your customers. If you want to be out of more money from when you started, which was a result from their actions and wont take ownership of their mistake then by all means, book an appointment with them. If you are smart, you'll take your business elsewhere.

Got my back windshield replaced and had to come back to get it re-replaced as the first person installed it poorly. The rear defrost now no longer works on my car, but I do not want to go back again. Sometimes, it is best to leave well enough alone.
