“I am responding to the Google review posted 2 weeks ago by a previous customer and will state the facts of what occurred and how it was handled.The incident that Deanna Reed reports took place in June 2018, 2 years and 4 months ago. On June 24th, 2018, the customer called the storage office to report that her unit had been broken into. The manager met the customer at the storage unit an hour after her call. Customer reported that the lock on the unit was locked when she arrived, additionally, there was no damage to the lock, unit door or any other storage units. The customer reported that a number of things were gone from the unit. She stated it had been at least 2 months since she had been to the unit, but was not sure when she had been there last.Stillwater Advance Self Storage does have surveillance cameras which cover the unit rented by this customer. Our system consultant reviewed the video available and found no suspicious activity, which was reported to the customer and sheriff’s deputy handling the report.The manager and owner of Stillwater Advance Self Storage strive to provide good customer service to our renters. “I was with Hudson Storage for six years with a large unit and marveled at the quality of it, the absence of rodents or bugs, and its easy accessibility, affordability, and security. There are several sizes available, and the owners are very accommodating of your needs. The only reason I left was that I no longer needed to store my belongings. I highly recommend Hudson Storage!”

This place feels very secure and the staff is really kind.”
“For two and a half years, I rented a unit here and had zero issues! Its central location in Hudson made it incredibly convenient to access whenever in Hudson. The facility was consistently clean, upkept and plowed. Linda, the manager, was always friendly, polite and fair, making the rental process a breeze. The driveway/parking lot is spacious enough to maneuver any size trailer. I have a 26' horse trailer and I had one of the harder units to access but had no issues fitting.
The best part? The prices were really reasonable, which was a plus since I was ballin' on a budget due to moving from out of state and then trying to buy a house. I highly recommend Riverside Self Storage. They offer a clean, convenient and affordable solution with great customer service to boot. 11/10 Highly suggest!”

“I’ve rented storage space as well as U-Haul’s here and had a great experience with both. They are way better than any other place I’ve dealt with, especially when it comes to storage. They’re upfront and honest about pricing which is a really big deal. I previously had rented at public storage where they lied about pricing and increased rent every few months. I got used to having bad experiences there. When I moved my stuff to Stephen’s Storage it took a lot of my stress away because I soon learned that I had found somewhere where I didn’t have to always look for the fine print or feel like I was being tricked.
It’s not a fancy place but it gets the job done at a fair price.
