Outstanding!
After driving 5 hours, launched my Ranger at Shingobee and wouldn't start. Pulled into J&K Marine and Eddy came right out to help. After trying a couple ways to jump and charge my battery, Eddy grabbed a new battery, installed it and had me back on the water within the hour! Wouldn't let me pay him for labor. If you are around Leech Lake area I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pat and his daughter Aunie (sp?) are very knowledgeable and helpful with everything from maintenance, parts, rentals, storage and new inventory, I have never been disappointed at Walker J and K!!

She went out of her way to help us find a prop that would fit our Mercury. She went above and beyond to problem solve, make phone calls, and truly did everything she could to save our problem/vacation.

Exemplary service. Needed several parts for my 30 horse Mercury, which is located off the grid & not easy to bring in for service. Eddie & Kim were great as they went through my options & ordered my parts. The parts arrived in several days. Couldn’t ask much more of the business & their staff.

After being a customer of the other shops in the Walker area over the years, I can say J and K has top notch customer service.

Had a water pump go out on vacation and these people saved the day. That worked it in and got it all fixed up. Other things also needed some but they didn’t proceed with any other repair without confirming it first. Highly recommend them.

That's not my department. Was the answer I got when I was looking for an impeller. I had the part number and was told by DL store there was one in stock in walker. Horrible customer service!!

Great place to rent an ice house! Smooth process with everything. Eddy was an awesome guy with great hospitality. Checked up on us every day making sure everything was good and had enough gas and propane for the night.
