I needed a replacement part for my chainsaw & figured I'd call ahead to see if they could help me. A few other hardware & power equipment shops were not able to provide or order the part.
I called, but no one answered. With all the 5 star reviews, I figured it was because they were busy. When I pulled up, they were definitely busy; yet unlike so many places now, I was immediately acknowledged & welcomed by the folk working. They were able to find the part I needed & allowed me to double check it was the right fit just in case. I'll definitely be coming back for any chainsaw or Arborist supply needs when I'm in the area.

Stopped by to see if they had a tension spring for my toro mower. Not in stock but the person I talked to Brandon was really nice about looking it up for me. Great place very friendly.

I was in the area and live 4 hours away so I had been looking forward to stopping in and checking it out. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of husqvarna accessories and equipment in stock. the younger guy inside was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I haven't walked into any kind of power equipment store and been treated this well until I had spent over $10,000 with them. whenever I need anything husqvarna in the future I will be looking into them shipping it to me, or waiting until I'm in the area again.
